Ascending to the second floor of this home, you'll discover the charming loft-style bonus room. This unique space is dedicated to children, offering a cozy retreat with four twin beds, perfect for a fun and comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a workstation area provided, ensuring convenience for both work and play.

    We had a wonderful 2week stay. Weather was very warm, sunsets fantastic, and the people very kind.The only fault was that there were no shades or drapes on the windows leaving us with no sense of privacy.We are planning on returning next winter!

    We primarily selected this location due to its proximity to one of our favorite restaurants, but it turned out to be much more than we expected. The house is very clean and updated. We knew that the beach was not within walking distance when we booked, and that is normal in the Keys. It’s not a beach town. We spent two days diving and another day fishing. The water was super warm (87) and clear. The property manager has great communication and even reminded us of trash day and tropical storm warnings. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to spend time exploring the keys.

    Accessing the water requires a drive to Sombrero Beach, approximately 6 miles away, as the nearby pier under the 7-mile bridge is inaccessible for swimming. Unfortunately, walking distance to a beach isn't an option here. While the house is clean and pleasant, it tends to be dimly lit, making activities like reading challenging. However, the outdoor porch offers a charming retreat, offering a slight view of the water beyond neighboring houses. Marathon might not be my top pick among the Keys towns. Additionally, early check-in isn't accommodated unless you're willing to pay an extra $100. Details for check-in are provided at 4:30 PM for a 5:00 PM check-in, which felt last-minute. The value for money seemed disproportionate. Beach supplies were limited to beach towels, with no umbrellas or chairs provided. Basic kitchen essentials like salt and pepper were surprisingly absent.

    Property was as described. Had everything you needed to make the stay comfortable. Good spot in the middle of the Keys with easy access to the other islands and many restaurants nearby. Quiet location with water views. Great parking. House was clean and comfortable.
