Sea Gem with Big Ocean View Near Pismo Beach Pier

The beach view was beautiful. We had a good time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic views from the kitchen and from the upper balcony. It was nice to be able to eat dinner while watching sunset each night. The Firepit allowed us to make smores. The property was clean, and when we had an issue with the toilet flushing, they sent a handywoman almost immediately to rectify the situation. They were great with communication and answered any questions we had regarding water quality in the surrounding areas.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location was great for us, as it was walkable to all of Pismo and it was a plus to have an attached garage. There were plenty of beach towels and a few chairs, although the boogie boards were broken. There were stains (possibly pet stains) on the carpet in the bedrooms and that was not acceptable. The couch area was okay although it smelled a bit musty. Overpriced for the condition of the home. Other than the carpet, it was fairly clean.

The home has these views, but have to have good knees to get to the views. Other than that, we loved the home. Property management was so helpful. they were attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had.

The house was spectacular and had amazing views. Was a wonderful fit for our family visit. Loved being so close to the beach and all the beach goodies were greatly appreciated to use. Would definitely book again in the future!

Great views except for the palm tree at a house vacation rental (1240 Cypress) with mostly dead palm fronds. Causes the need to photo shop many pictures. Please get this tree trimmed or else we may not rent again next year. Unit clean. Had many barking dogs at surrounding home rentals until 10PM first night but that was only a problem the first of 5 nights. So overall good but will consider other rentals next year.

Includes a wine fridge, which is a super plus. Bedrooms are comfortable. We will be back!
