Welcome to Pismo Beach! Bring your family and friends to TWO fully remodeled and stylish 3 BR properties minutes away from some of the best activities in Pismo Beach!

Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 17 across two properties with a connecting door between both living rooms. With an ocean view and one block from beach you can't go wrong!

TWO HOMES Each Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 baths with a connecting door. Layout as follows:

*Master bedroom w/ King Bed and en suite on upper level, sleeper sofa in living room

*Downstairs: Two guest bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bath at the end of the hallway on lower level (One unit has a bunk bed twin over queen)

*Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining

In the heart of town but very private and peaceful.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking for up to 2 cars in each garage and street parking. No parking in front of garage.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

    We had a great stay! It was an ideal location close to the beach. Having access to both houses was really fantastic, with plenty of room for all of us. And the communication with Megan worked well. She was very responsive when we had questions. Can't wait to go back.

    We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation home(s) than this one. Our large family group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location, cleanliness, Christmas decor and host support was perfect. Our week afforded many wonderful memories.

    The property was great, we took both houses with a large party and it worked out very well. Close walking distance to the beach and the shops which our family loved. Would definitely book this place again.
