Sea Forever--Oceanside 8-10 BR; Pool, Hot Tub, Elevator, Gardens!

This was our second trip to Corolla at “Sea Forever”. We had 17 of our family members with us and accommodations were excellent for everyone. Jim, our host had everything we possibly could ever need there. If there was ever any questions, he answered right away . The beach is just a few minutes away. We loved staying here! The house was fully stocked. Having beach towels and soft Egyptian cotton sheets made the stay even better. We packed nothing but our belongings. The pool toys, beach gear and bikes made this one of the best places we’ve tried. This is our third year coming to Corolla and wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Plenty of appliance to cook big meals and everyone had plenty of space! The walk to the beach was ideal. And being so close to the stores for the teens to run to Dunkin anytime they wanted. Having plenty of bikes to ride was fun and so accommodating! The hosts were awesome and very helpful and kind and understanding. We really enjoyed having a fire pit for night time fun. The master bedroom was my favorite with a huge bathroom and tub. The grassy area was fun for the kids to play soccer and for some morning time yoga. Great stay and awesome memories!

Very accommodating hosts, awesome house, and great area. Very walkable to many restaurants and grocery stores, along with both the ocean and the sound. Had a great time!!

Our host, Jim and Lisa are fabulous. Their house has tons of amenities like a hot tub and pool (which we can't use as it is still winter time for my group), but the hot tub is my fave and so relaxing. There is an outdoor grill/kitchen area which looks great to use in the summer. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfy. The media room is great for movie night with a nice extra large TV. This is a perfect house for a big family gathering with tons of room for everyone to have their own space but when you want to hang together the living/dining area is a great place as well as the backyard. There is also tons of bikes to use when needed.Check them out for a wonderful stay that is walking distance to the grocery and some fun beach shops as well.

The house overcame the bad weather, not an easy task.

We stayed at Sea Forever in Corolla last month and had a wonderful trip. The home had many positives for our large group. The kitchen was very well stocked, which made cooking easy, and the open living room layout gave the kids plenty of space to play while adults relaxed. Bedding was clean and comfortable, and the room options worked perfectly—lots of choices for adults and great twin rooms for the kids. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and close to Food Lion and shops for quick grocery runs. The pool was a big hit, though it was cold on arrival since the cover hadn’t been put back on after servicing before check-in.There were a few hiccups. The cleaner was still there after our check-in time, and instructions came very last minute and were lengthy. The hot tub was green when we arrived; while a tech came the next day to clean it, our group was hesitant to use it afterward. A few items like the pull-out bed and elevator also weren’t usable, which would have been helpful to know in advance. Cleanliness could have been better as well.That said, we truly enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the thoughtful kitchen stocking, spacious layout, and fantastic location. With some improvements, this home could be an ideal getaway for large groups, and we left with great memories from our time at Sea Forever.

Our family had an amazing stay at this beachfront home in Corolla! The house had everything we could have hoped for and more. We especially loved the pools, theater room, and the bikes that made exploring the area so easy and fun. The spacious yard was perfect for our outdoor hibachi night—it was such a unique and memorable experience. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure all of our needs were met throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and can’t wait to come back!

This is the most amazing beach house! It’s a block and a half to the beach and is fully equipped with everything for the beach, the pool, cooking, and entertaining. You will want for nothing at this house! Not to mention the amazing owners that get you what you need before you even know that you need it and are always available to answer questions and help out!

Our extended family of 19 (aged 1 - 65) had a great vacation at this wonderful property. Of the many properties we've rented, this truly outshone all the others.A five minute walk to the beach and very convenient to the grocery store, a great selection of restaurants and souvenir shops. It was so easy to stay home and make meals in the kitchen with all the appliances and accessories we could want, hang out in the great indoor space, enjoy the large pool and watch the sunrises/sets from any of the spacious decks. There were many games and toys for the kids and adults to play with and have fun competitions. The elevator made for easy loading/unloading and the multiple washer/dryer combos were a great feature for our big group.Trips to the beach, just a couple blocks away, were even more enjoyable with the beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, toys and beach towels available at the property.Communication with our hosts was great and they appreciated our feedback regarding a few minor improvements we recommended.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great OBX vacation!

We were looking for a house that had plenty of space for our big family vacation to OBX and Sea Forever stood out to us from the beginning of our search. When we were looking, no other house compared in terms of the space we were looking for and hitting all of the requirements like a pool, distance to the beach, and beds. The house truly does really have everything that you need. We enjoyed riding the bikes to local shops or around to check out some of the amazing houses in Corolla.

This was a perfect house for our family! They have everything you need to make it stress free. Bonus having 3 coffee makers and 2 ovens in the kitchen. They have enough bikes and plenty of outside toys for the younger children. Close to beach and close to shopping .The owner was also great to work with! I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and property.

Great room, well-stocked kitchen with two dishwashers, eight bedrooms plus two dens with sleep sofas, three washer/dryers, pool, hot tub, and many bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Two blocks from the beach. Decks front and rear. And the elevator made it easy to move luggage between floors.We had a great time enjoying it all.

This was our second time staying at this property. The house is beautiful, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It has a beautiful pool, and a five minute walk to the beach. The host is easy to work with, I would definitely recommend this property.

Had a wonderful visit to OBX. Sea Forever was a great property for our 3 generation family vacation. We really enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, beach access and all the family friendly amenities provided.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The owners are very pleasant and concerned with making your stay great. Lots of amenities. It was perfect for our family of 18. I highly recommend it to others.

We had a great time. Kids had fun too. So much to do. Check in was easy and very easy to speak with property manager when needed. Lots to do in the home and out, they had everything. Will be booking again.
