This large canal home offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, a washer & dryer, a TV in the living room and in each of the bedrooms, all with streaming capabilities, DVD player, wireless internet, a streetside deck, a covered porch, a sundeck, an outdoor shower, and fun swings on the ground level. Located on a concrete canal with a floating dock. Direct beach access at Leland Street.

The main level has two streetside bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and access to the street side deck. One bedroom has access to the hall bathroom. The other has a private bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One has two Queen beds, one has two Single beds, and the fifth bedroom is on the canal side with one Queen bed. All have private bathrooms.

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 12.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not provided. The property has bed covers and pillows. No pets.
