Sea Dream Croatan -4 min walk to Croatan Beach

Enit is a wonderful host! We needed a long term rental after moving to the area and this property was fantastic. Great location, very clean, and a nice little home away from home. Enit was so helpful and communicative. Highly recommend.

We had a great trip! This house was perfect and extremely clean probably the cleanest house we’ve ever rented over 15 years!! it had great beach access and was centrally located to all the great things in Virginia Beach. Highly recommend. The owner was very attentive and had great communication.

Family trip with older kids is always a challenge but everyone had a great time and it was awesome having our own space and bathroom! Communication was beyond what I expected. Between instructions, suggestions, tid bits of speed traps. Even during the stay if I had any questions, responses were thorough! The house and location was amazing. We were far enough away we didn't have the craziness of everyone from the boardwalk (it was like having our own private beach) but close enough we could go to the boardwalk everyday if we wanted to experience! And even though more permanent residents in the neighborhood than renters everyone we ran into (or walked past during our morning walks) were so polite and welcoming.You for sure had to get used to the loudness of the jets taking off from the best but my gosh was it the coolest thing!!!!Feel like I could go on but bottom line I can't recommend this VRBO enough! This is our second stay at Enit’s house at Croatan Beach and both experiences have been perfect for our family including a toddler and a dog. The house is very spacious with enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. Even in a heat wave, the walk to the beach was quick and easy and Enit provided lots of beach essentials - chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for hauling gear. Our family had a great time and would love to stay again!

Sea Dream Croatan was the perfect place for us! It's close enough to enjoy the Virginia Beach boardwalk, shops, and restaurants, but also super quiet to return to after a busy day. Croatan Beach was clean and not crowded at all. Most pet friendly beach houses have the smell of pets, BUT not this one. The beach was an easy walk. I will recommend that if you drive a vehicle that is low to the ground you may want to use the street parking as the driveway is steep. Enit was an excellent hostess, very helpful and responsive. We will be looking for an opportunity to stay here again!

Plenty of space for a multi-generational family visit. The home was as described, clean, and we encountered no issues whatsoever during our stay.

We booked an emergency Vrbo for our family to deal with the death of my mother. I can't stress enough how incredible it was to have a clean, comfortable, and beautiful place so close to the beach to lay our heads. Grateful to Enit for his accommodations.

A great house less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. We had a wonderful stay.

Enit’s place was perfect for a vacation for our family. Lots of space for my husband, infant, in-laws, and dog to stay. My infant still wakes up overnight, especially on vacation, and it brought us peace of mind to be on the first floor in a room next to his and two floors away from where my in-laws stayed so that we didn’t have to worry about him waking anyone up. Lots of room to relax on the second floor and on the decks. We made food on the grill 3 nights which worked out great. Very quiet neighborhood, quick walk to the beach and beach is not heavily populated. Enit was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and roomy property. The extra bunks in two of the rooms allow for configurations for specific family needs. There are two big tables in the living room as well for a big dinner gathering or just family games, etc. This would be a great location for a multi-generational family gathering as well due to the extra living room/bathroom/counter at the entry level connected to the two entry level bedrooms. Our kids (11 and 14) love to boogie board and the waves were just right for them. The check-in was seamless. Enit returned every inquiry and communication within hours and checked up on us the first day to make sure we arrived safely. She even sends polite and gentle reminders for trash pick-up, etc. We had a blast! Thank you!!
