This home has everything you need to have the quintessential Bethany Beach vacation. Also very close to Fenwick Island and Ocean City, Maryland. You’ll want to make this your yearly beach vacation spot!

Sea Colony guest badges are mandatory for all renters and guests ages 4 and older. A valid badge is necessary to access recreational facilities and amenities at Sea Colony, including the private beach, indoor and outdoor pools*, tennis and pickleball courts (reservations required), amenities at the West Lake Activity Center* and Aquatic Center*, the Edgewater exercise room, Freeman Fitness Center, and the Sea Colony Tram Transportation System*. Badges for all guests must be purchased upon arrival at Sea Colony and are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe, located at 33548 Market Place, Unit #4, Bethany Beach, DE 19930.

Please bring your rental contract and owner authorization letter, as these documents are required to purchase badges.​

    This place is perfect. Close to everything but also very private. Loved the nature view outside. The place is very cozy and lovely decorated. My family of 3 stayed here for a week and it was more than enough space. The pools are closed by. You’re able to go on a walk around the neighborhood. So many places to eat and the beach is very clean and private. Defiantly recommend staying here for your visit!

    The cottage was very well kept, clean and spacious. Perks: so many fun board games for the family, coffee!, extra necessities including laundry detergent, shampoo, which we had already but the thought was there in case a guest forgets something. Most helpful were the tram notes!! Great stay, and will be back.

    We had a great time on this trip. The condo is actually a semi detached townhouse. Only 3 steps to go in. Great and big patio facing trees. Very peaceful. Fully loaded kitchen with coffee pod machine. Two nice sized bathrooms and the rooms are very roomy and comfortable. It’s in the middle of two tram stops (free to ride to beach) and across the parking lot from a pool. The big pool (splash pad for kids and hot tub for adults) is a walk away or hop on tram. We also walked to the shopping center for dinner and ice cream. Will stay here again this summer. Loved the space and privacy.
