Sea Breeze Paradise - Walk to Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato, Heated Pool Home

Great location and very clean as seen in pictures.

The house, the pool, the location was all just absolutely amazing. The house is just as gorgeous and spotless as pictured. In addition to being practical and comfortable, you can tell the owners really take pride in the home with the gorgeous decor and small details throughout the house. The pool was incredible - our kids never wanted to leave. The kitchen was well stocked for everything you’d need to cook and clean up. The bathrooms had soap, TONS of towels and toilet paper. The beds were comfy, and the garage had everything you would need for a day at the beach. The location is also amazing - 5 minutes from the beach and tons of grocery stores and restaurants. Our kids (5 and 7) have already requested we go back to the same house next time we visit. It’s a true gem, thank you for sharing your gorgeous home!

Thr house is exactly as it is pictured. Beautiful, comfortable, great quiet location, great pool, beautiful kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Eduardo was a pleasure to communicate with. Truly felt a home it was our away from home.

This is a cozy, beautiful place close to the beach. Great local restaurants within 5- 10 minutes. The place was perfect, pool and patio were enjoyable and where we spent most of our time. The air conditioner works great home was nice and cool. The house had all the comforts of home. Beds were extremely comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay here — it was even better than we expected!The house has everything you could possibly need: kitchen stuff, beach gear, pool toys — even a life vest for kids! As a mom, I really appreciated those thoughtful touches.Everything is super clean, the furniture and renovations are all new, and it just feels really cozy and welcoming.The beach is only a 3-minute drive away, which was perfect for us.We’re definitely coming back next year!

Great vacation rental! Very, very clean and everything we needed was there. The beds were very comfortable, the house nicely decorated and the pool area was great! Would not hesitate to rent this place again. Very happy with our stay.

Great stay at this nicely remodeled home. Everything was bright and clean. New everything. Kitchen had everything we looked for. Comfortable beds, if a little on the small side. Great pool and lounging area. Walked to Joe’s Diner for excellent breakfast and to Turtle Club for beachside lunch. Hope to come back.

Lovely home, exactly as it appears in the photos. Well stocked with every beach, pool, and kitchen accessory imaginable. The pool was the perfect temperature. Convenient location near stores, restaurants and beaches. Very enjoyable stay.

Everthing on the listing and more, we have stayed in Naples many times and this is the best property we have stayed in. There is everything you need for a great vacation near the beaches, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and toys for younger ones. The villa has everything you need for your stay. Its situated near beaches and lots of shopr, restaurants etc. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return soon, thankyou Eduardo.

We are interested in the area and wanted a place close to the beach…this property was perfect for our family and we loved the proximity to Vanderbilt beach and Mercato. Would highly recommend this property for those that need three bedrooms.

Everything about this place makes us want to come back. Clean. Decorated well. Pool and pool toys. Close to beach. The only downside was it would be nice to have a king bed in master sweet.

Me and my 5 cousins stayed here during our trip in Naples. Eduardo was an amazing host and dropped us off a wireless speaker for the beach. The house was in stunning condition both aesthetically and cleanliness wise. Publix, Mercato, Vanderbilt beach and Starbucks are all 5 mins away. The pool was always heated and great to have during the night. I recommend Baleen for beachfront dinner and Campiellos for authentic italian. 239 in Mercado for brunch. We are all in our mid 20’s so Cavo and Blue Martini for night life. The house was in distance to all of these places. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Eduardo.

Everything about this house and location was perfect. So many details were thought out and communicated to make this a great place to stay. It was just two of us for this stay but there was plenty of room for our whole family. The location was minutes from the beach, restaurants and stores. The safe feeling and quiet neighborhood was also a great perk! Great place to stay.

The house was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. It perfectly fit 6 adults. We loved using the pool area and rode the bikes to the beach! Great location. :)

We were spoiled for six days and did not want to go home. It is a well-stocked house: toilet paper, laundry soap, beach chairs, coolers, pots and pans. Southern exposure pool with privacy fence was wonderful! Looked like it recently went through a major renovation and all the furnishings inside are new.
