This single-story home is perfect for those who don't want to do alot of stairs. Everything is all on one level. The open floorplan includes a comfortably furnished living room has multiple large windows with gorgeous ocean views, a dining area that seats 6 and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters where there is seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.
