Sea Breeze Cove-waterfront-rooms with views, dock with fish

We had an amazing stay! The host, Vickie was incredibly informative and answered all of my questions before we even arrived, which made the whole trip feel easy and stress‑free. The house itself was PERFECT—exactly like the pictures, if not better.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, and the beds were very comfortable. Our kids especially loved having access to the kayaks and spending time out on the lake.One of the main reasons we chose this home was the direction it faced—we were hoping for a great view of the New Year’s fireworks, and it absolutely did not disappoint. It was the perfect spot to ring in the new year.We would definitely stay here again

Perfect location for a family retreat! The back porch was a relaxing gathering location with spectacular views, and the property had everything we needed for a great stay on the coast.

Stayed for 3 nights with my Dad and my teenaged son. The house was comfortable, had everything we needed, and clearly had a lot of thought put into making it easy for people to enjoy. Kitchen was well labeled, instructions were clear, beds were comfy, and everything worked great. We spent most of our time just relaxing and fishing on the dock, or watching birds from the comfortable deck. The neighborhood is quiet and removed from things but also only a few minutes away from everything in Rockport. Had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Our stay at this house was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location couldn't have been better. It was peaceful, scenic, and just steps from the water. Having access to the kayaks was a major bonus and made for some unforgettable mornings out on the water.The home was spotless, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. Everything worked as expected, and it’s clear the hosts put thought into every detail. Communication was smooth and responsive, which made check-in and the entire experience stress-free.This place exceeded expectations and made our trip one to remember. This home is absolutely gorgeous and in a perfect location! Less than 10 minutes from downtown and Home is right on the water. The home is decorated beautifully and amenities such as kayaks and paddle boards were super convenient and fun for the whole family. We will definitely stay here again

Sea Breeze Cove is a lovely waterfront home in Rockport. It was clean, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook full meals. We especially enjoyed the deck. The patio furniture was comfy and the sea breeze delightful. We would stay there again.

We had a very relaxing weekend of fishing. Games and kayaks. We stocked the fridge and never had to leave the house. The house had everything we needed to cook for the weekend and things to do to keep us busy. Plenty of space for our 2 families with teens. The owner was very responsive to our messages and took care of us promptly. We would definately stay again..

This is a very nice place to stay. I loved the beautiful patio to just relax on. All the boys enjoyed their fishing time thanks to having a nice dock area. House had everything anyone could want and so much more than places we’ve rented in the past. Vicki, the owner was wonderful and accommodating as well as answered all our questions. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again.
