Stayed May 15, 2026The house was very clean and only one block from the beach. The mattress's were very soft. Nicely decorated and well stocked.Steps to A1A, plenty of restaurants close by and within a short drive to downtown St Augustine. The host was available if you needed them.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Plenty of space, could easily accommodate for more people than advertised, but only set for 6. Well maintained and clean property. 100 yards and you’re on the beach. Another 150 yards and you’re still on the beach, but closer to the water. Convenient access to the beach and going back and forth if required. Restaurants and stores nearby. Would stay again.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024Great place to stay! A few houses down from the beach was great. No busy road to cross! The house is spacious and the bedrooms are a nice size. Restaurants and shopping are in walking distance and the pier is close by. Would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024I would have rated our stay as a 5, except we had some challenges upon arrival. The cleaners hadn’t come after the previous guests. Our option was to leave so a cleaning crew could come, which we declined because we have a dog and had already brought all our stuff inside. So we cleaned it ourselves and did three loads of laundry, with bedding, towels, etc. The owner refunded the cleaning fee. Additionally, the beach access was often blocked because of erosion-prevention measures…it would have been helpful if we knew this when booking or arriving. The place itself is very nice and comfortable and I’d recommend it if it’s been cleaned and there isn’t intermittent beach access.
