Scottsdale Kierland 4 Bdrm w/Resort like Backyard and Htd Pool!

Very clean property. Comfortable and easy to access. Managers responded quickly.

The house was nice. Needed a little TLC, But for the most part, it was nice.. The pool was filthy, the pool table had rips in the felt. The guest bath upstairs didn't drain. You can't lower the A/C below 72* ! It's Arizona! The pool was hot ! Left something behind and they were NO HELP AT ALL! THEN BLOCKED MY CALLS ! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DOES THAT??? Never had this kind of service before. Owner would'nt even get involved. 5713 E Acoma Scottsdale

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great but do have some feedback. It is difficult to swim while the vacuum is in the pool. Allowing folks to remove it while swimming would be a more enjoyable experience. Tiles were missing around the pool and are somewhat of a safety hazard. My daughter cut her ankle on the jagged edge where the tile was missing. Pool was very dirty with trash in it when we got to the property. Hot tub was not working. Master bath has a burnt out light bulb and is missing the stopper in the sink. Some of the furniture is super worn out and there was a lot of human or dog hair on the beds. Many walls had water damage. Upstairs hall bath tub was constantly clogged during showers.

Host was very responsive with a few issues we had upon our arrival.

Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Property could use a little TLC otherwise great location!

Host communication was great. The property looks fantastic in pictures, but I would recommend they put a little money into upgrading or replacing either cheap or worn out furniture. Pool could have used a cleaning as well.People sleep different, but the beds are rock hard. Outdoor furniture needs new cushions.Bottom line, for the cost it was good. Great communication from the host, even checked in mid trip to see how everything was going. Knowing that the hard beds took out our entire party with sore shoulders and backs now, I personally would not stay here again.Great location near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Good place, but could easily be better.

Our stay was enjoyable and allowed our family to re-connect, in a quiet and relaxing setting. The property may or maynot have been totally renovated, as wear and tear was evident. The mangement and ownership teams quickly responsed to feedback provided during the checkout protocol.

Spacious, clean home, good location with 4 comfortable king bedrooms. Pool was clean and water was refreshing even with 110 degree days. Was perfect for our 4 man golf trip!

Beautiful unit in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is here, or 5 min away. Super comfortable and I had a few days to unwind and play some golf. Just what I needed. Bart was a great host and quickly responded if a had a question. Highly recommended staying here.

Nice area, close to shopping and dining. The pool is big, with lots of available seating. The pool table, arcade and board games provide lots of entertainment options. Well stocked kitchen and beds were great. Property is showing signs of wear and could use updating but overall a nice property

The house was as shown on the pictures, maybe a bit worn but overall very nice and clean. The rooms were great and the bathroom with the master suite was awesome. Nice pool and garden area as well.
