Scott Place - Amazing location, heated pool, vibrant space awaits!

Scottplace is the perfect little getaway. It is close to shopping, Old Town, and is a nice gateway to many other famous Arizona attractions. Beds were comfortable, pool was refreshing, and the living space is clean while providing everything you may need for that, home like feel, while away. The area around the complex is quiet and we felt safe taking evening walks through the surrounding area. We highly recommend Scottplace.

Well appointed condo close to shopping and walking distance to restaurants. Pool is steps away from the condo, there’s a covered parking spot and ample guest parking. Great communication from hosts. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Arizona with our family of four. The place was clean, communication was quick and helpful, and the central location made it easy to explore different areas. The pool was cozy and relaxing, and overall it truly felt like a quaint home away from home.

Nice location. Cute pool area. Key lock issues but resolved quickly. The AC/heat was at issue a few times but overall just fine.

Great property. Very clean, usable space. All the amenities I needed for the week. Excellent location minutes and walkable to all the Scottsdale hot spots. Pool was clean and close to the unit. Parking was steps away, super convenient. Owner is very informative and comprehensive with their instructions. I had zero issues the whole week. Bed is also very comfortable. Had an excellent week of sleep banked for the crazy holiday season. Will stay again.

Great hosts, very clean place. Perfect for our golf trip. The only minor thing is that it can get a bit warm upstairs in the bedrooms and the thermostat is locked at 70.

Best VRBO I have ever stayed in! A spacious, high-end townhome in a perfect location just across the street from Scottsdale Fashion Mall so it was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Very quiet. I loved having the bedrooms upstairs so I could wake up early and make coffee without bothering anyone. Owners quickly responded to my questions. I will be back!

We were coming to Scottsdale before flying out of Phoenix, this was a nice, clean, quiet spot to touch down. My daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed some time at the pool.

The home met our needs for a short 2-night stay. It was comfortable and clean. The pool was convenient and quiet/relaxing complex. Snacks were a nice touch.

Overall enjoyed our stay over spring training. Would recommend for anyone looking for a home base for Old Town, Spring Training, golf etc. I’d give 4.5 stars if that were an option. I’d give a strong sleep score. Most important to me in a VRBO is quiet and comfortable for sleep.This condo is off/away from streets and was quiet in the evenings for sleeping. I found the mattress and pillow comfortable. It’s an end unit so increases likelihood of avoiding noisy neighbors - we didn’t hear anything while we were there. Location was excellent. You can walk to old town and restaurants which is nice to avoid getting in the car and if you prefer to drive there is a ton close by. For ballparks you have Talking Stick and Scottsdale Stadium super close by. Condo was very well done with tasteful decoration and new fixtures throughout. Was as advertised. Entire place was very clean and it seemed like they had put in effort to make it comfortable and welcoming. The complex itself is typical feels pretty typical for the area. Not a resort but well maintained. Pool area is fine for a dip. We were mostly looking for a home base to hit ballgames and it worked well for that. Communication with owners/managers was very timely, effective, and I got all the information I needed for check in and they were responsive when I pinged about recycling. They were kind enough to allow us to check out an hour late as well which was appreciated. Overall thumbs up!

If you are wanting to explore old Scottsdale and rather stay away from the hotels then this is a solid option. .9 miles away from the middle of all the bars and restaurants. Overall a great experience

The house was very clean, had everything we needed, nice area for walking and many restaurants to try, it was great
