Scenic View Of Lake Yet Close To Downtown Nashville. Swim and fish behind house

It was just 2 of us, so we had a whole lotta house to ourselves. But it was wonderful! Bring binoculars if you love birdwatching. We felt out of the city and enjoyed beautiful sunsets, yet we were close enough for DoorDash. Enjoyed sipping coffee from the upper porch. We definitely want to go back!

Nice clean place with fun amenities. We enjoyed our stay.

The views were amazing. House was very musty. Lots of dead and live ladybugs inside property. Attention to the fine details for cleanliness and updating is needed for the price. Location was great.

Everything was great!! Incredibly spacious! Great views!! Loved the pool table which provided some rainy day fun! Loved everything about it! Well definitely stay again!!

Awesome location, but we were lead to believe that the boat was included. It was very run down and full of spiderwebs. The kitchen cupboards were the worst and it was not well stocked nor did they supply anything over and above the absolute basics. Expensive for what you get!

Absolutely gorgeous property in the best and most ideal location at the lake. Very peaceful. Just what we needed for the long weekend.

We had an awesome time, location was very nice. Chip next door with the pontoon rental was an awesome host and person. Two foot cove was a blast. We all really enjoyed our time.

It was ok. Not impressed for the money we paid. It was extra money for even kayaks and paddle boards. Nothing was in listing about being attached to another property The house was in ok condition, needs a lot of updating and detailed cleaning. The dock was not “our private dock”, as listed None of the pool cues had tips. The AC couldn’t go down past 68, during the night we were all sweating. kitchen is small and not enough seating to be able to “sleep 12”. The outside furniture is awful (dirty and squeaky) we made the most of it, since it wasn’t a true vacation with being there for softball world series.

My friends and I had a great time here. The neighborhood was very quiet and close enough to Nashville to be able to get back and forth in a reasonable time. Highly recommended!

We rented this house for my wife’s 45th. Perfect in all ways, Size, Location, etc.

Nice location and convenient to enjoy time on the lake but to also visit other things Nashville has to offer. Outside of house could use some cleaning but had a great stay overall.

The property is in a beautiful location right on the lake, and the surrounding area is very nice. However, the home itself could use some attention. The floors didn’t feel clean—there was noticeable grime on my bare feet as I walked around inside. The chairs at the kitchen table were wobbly, the coffee pot had a broken lid, and only one of the pool cue sticks was functional.The interior would benefit greatly from a fresh coat of paint, as there are many scuffs and marks on the walls.Also, it would be helpful to inform guests ahead of time about scheduled lawn and landscaping services. We were surprised when the crew arrived at 8:00 AM on a Saturday—it was extremely loud, like a NASCAR event, and not exactly the relaxing start to the day we had hoped for while on vacation.

My daughter graduated and we were celebrating. the space was just right for the 10 or so people. My guest complained about stains on sheets. When opening blinds it’s obvious they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The place was dusty throughout the house. Cabinet door in the kitchen which had been screwed in fell off. No soap in bathrooms. First time using VRBO. With a cleaning fee the place should be clean much better

Beautiful location overlooking the lake! We enjoyed sitting on the porch any time of day. Our son had a great time fishing for crappies from the dock. Spent the evenings playing pool. The beds are very comfortable! About 30 minutes from Broadway and the airport so super convenient. Rented the boat from Chip and had a great day on the lake!

Property and location great. Tons of things to do specially if you love fishing and enjoying a beautiful lake right out your back door. Host was awesome and very informative

Everything was good except for we had NO hot water the first day. Nephew found the Hot Water Heater and it was turned off. Had to wait till the next day for Hot Water. Then Basement was EXTREMELY COLD. I contacted host and that was resolved quickly. Other than those hiccup’s our stay was good

Our family was in town for our son’s wedding! We really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was quiet and the house was perfect! We hope to visit again next year!

Our group of 8 stayed at this house for a 40th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! Communication with the property owner was easy & always pleasant. All the information we needed was readily available. We were able to have groceries delivered by a local Walmart, there’s also a few spots to eat nearby, and the distance from the airport & Broadway are perfect. We rented the pontoon boat for one day of our trip and had the BEST time meeting other travelers and locals on the lake. Can't say enough good things about our stay and this house. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 8 friends for a weekend of lake and golfing. This house easily accommodated us, and had everything we would need. This house sits on a hill overlooking a cove of the lake, and we rented a pontoon. The dock is at the property and there are steps to the dock. We were very pleased and are already come widening going back next year. Communication with owner was great.

Our multi-generational family had a fantastic time in our rental. There was plenty of room in the house for everyone, everything was clean and well maintained and the lake views were unbeatable. The owners were easy to get ahold of and responsive to any questions. We rented a boat for our time at the lake and it was a seamless process. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet lakeside getaway!
