Home was nice. Easy access to go kayaking. Nice decks. Check with the host before you go about supplies -we had no soap for the dishwasher, no soap in the showers, no propane for the BBQ.

 We had a wonderful stay at Getaway on North Bay house. The location is perfect, the views are spectacular and the interior decoration is exactly as portrayed on the website. The kitchen is really well appointed for the most part, plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, plates, bowls and cutlery. The house sleeps 8, and there were not enough coffee cups or wine glasses for one per person, but we went to the thrift store in town and have donated our purchases :). A couple of things to keep mind if you plan to stay here. Bring extra paper towels and toilet paper as extra is not provided. The coffee maker is only 6 cups, so if you are coffee drinkers, you may want to pack a thermos or bring and extra coffee maker. Also note, the twin beds are designed for small children; I would not plan for that space to sleep an adult. We had an issue with water pressure and hot water in the kitchen. We contacted the owner, but he was out of town. If that can be fixed, we would definitely stay here again! All in all it was a fabulous get-away in a beautiful home in a gorgeous location!

This house is on the water and very nice. We rented for three nights. It does need one more television and they said they will put one in. Beautiful view. You’ll love it.

Gave it a 2 based on past houses rented for vacation: PROS: The house is beautiful and as advertised Very quite and peaceful and a nice place to getaway and relax Kitchen really nice and stocked with silverware pots and pans glasses and dishes CONS: The front and back yard hadn’t been maintained in at least three weeks - weeds and tall grass everywhere - both neighbors complained and that is how I was greeted from them There was nothing in the house like a welcome note or basket with house instructions or fun facts about the area The kitchen only had salt and pepper- nothing else The stove top and upper oven were extremely dirty and wife had to clean before using No toaster and only a small coffee pot No extra paper towels or toilet paper needed to buy ourselves and only 5 towels for a house that sleeps 9 The master bath huge bathtub only got ice cold water, the upstairs toilet doesn’t stop flushing unless you shake the handle, and downstairs bedroom blinds don’t work There are no dressers or hangers in the house so get used to living out of you suitcase for your stay No TVs in bedroom only one in main room of house The game room had a couch and fuse ball table nothing else Other issues as well For the Price we paid we were very disappointed in this rental and would not return

We had a wonderful stay! I love that you are right on the water. There is a lot of room for larger parties. Very clean. The only suggestions I would make is that there needs to be more towels in the kitchen and bathroom. Needs a wine opener, better knives and more paper towels. Other than that, beautiful place, we hope yo return one day!
