Upstairs feels open and relaxed, with large windows drawing in natural light and shaping a calm, airy atmosphere. The living area invites you to unwind into the evening, with comfortable seating and a TV for laid-back nights in.

The kitchen is bright and practical, equipped with everything needed for everyday cooking. Nearby, the dining area is a bright, welcoming space for shared meals. Afterwards, step out onto the sun-drenched balcony to soak up sweeping Derwent River and city views.

Accommodation is arranged across two levels. Upstairs features the primary bedroom, where a king bed, peaceful outlooks, and an ensuite create a calm, private retreat. A second queen bedroom is located nearby, offering comfort and flexibility, while the family bathroom on this level includes both a shower and bath for relaxed routines. Downstairs, a third bedroom offers two single beds, which can be joined to form a king bed upon request, creating a flexible space ideal for children or additional guests. This level is supported by a third bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

An in-home laundry makes longer stays easy, while the secure one-car garage allows you to come and go with ease throughout your stay.

The Hill Street Grocer is a must-visit. Salamanca and the Wharf district are only around a 10-minute drive from home where you can peruse lauded waterfront eateries and boutique shopping.

    Great view of river, nice getting pizza from the little pizza shop at Sandy Bay. Loved dinner at Cascade Brewery and hiring bikes from Hobart Bike Hire. Good to see Mt Wellington

    The unit was clean, great view. Dishwasher is broken, no internet, cooking utilities are very poor quality (any thing you cook will stick to them, even small egg!)

    The views are outstanding, the location is good & the property was clean. However it is tired & needs a refresh. Curtains & blinds in all rooms in disrepair, outdoor seats with cushions that have disintegrated & table rusted & not fit for purpose,, all furniture worn & tired, fidge froze milk & wine.

    The undisputed highlight of this house is without a doubt the magnificent views from basically every room. The house otherwise had all we needed, was very clean and in a great quiet location just a short drive from a fab cafe and all the conveniences of Sandy Bay retail precinct. But the views absolutely stole the show!

    Lovely property with amazing views of Sandy Bay. Only a short, convenient drive back to Hobart to sightsee and dine out. Cosy and warm in the evenings. Will consider booking again in the future.

    Comfortable house, high on slopes, but easy access to Sandy Bay and downtown. Dishwasher out of order. Refrigerator a bit small but just enough. Wifi would have been helpful but didn’t detract as data isn’t expensive. We would recommend and stay again.
