Stayed May 5, 2025Came to Lubbock for a concert, house was very clean and comfortable for our stay.It does have a hot tub but it rained on us the nights we stayed. So we enjoyed movies inside on the large couch! I would recommend staying here and even though it was just me and my hubby this place is perfect for large families!!

Stayed Dec 30, 2024We were just coming into town for a quick getaway and this house was great. The game room was wonderful for the kids to have their own space. So many beds! We look forward to returning for a Tech game and knowing this house is clean and has everything we need will be good for planning future trips.

Stayed Dec 14, 2024The house was very convenient to most everything, including the university. The neighborhood is nice and the surrounding houses are clean and well kept. We felt very safe staying here. There is a pear tree and pecan tree in the backyard which fruit and provide ample shade. The gas grill works flawlessly and the patio is a wonderful gathering spot. In all it was a very decent place.

Stayed Oct 2, 2024Entire family of 17 stayed 5 days. Ages 6-72. Great facility. Kitchen a bit small but big back yard, patio and hot tub makes up for it. We would go again. Thanks for a great time.

Stayed May 24, 2024We came there with about 10 people for my son’s wedding it was a fantastic home! Very well stocked and had any thing you might need. Host was very responsive and responded quickly if needed!
