Great place and beautiful view!Dogs are amazing:)

The view is amazing from the bedrooms, pool, and jacuzzi. We were engulfed in a natural sanctuary featuring botanic diversity, inspiring statues, chirping birds, and butterflies. Our host was generous with food and beverages and eager to engage with us. Santa Barbara is a great city, for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We especially enjoyed the beach, pier, and a full day dedicated to enjoying the pristine pool.

Anne was a wonderful VRBO host. Her unit was amazing, a great central location in Santa Barbara, and had awesome views! All her amenities, pool, hot tub, etc were great and we made use of them every night of our stay, enjoying the view and sunset. Check in was very smooth, and Anne had great communication and suggestions for different activities and restaurants. She was very welcoming and we had a great stay. Would love to stay again next time we are in town.

The views, gardens, fresh citrus fruits from the trees, location, kitchenette, hot tub/pool, the hosts with a wealth of information on places to go and things to see, and their cute dogs greeting us each morning as we meandered outside to drink coffee and take in the sunrise!

We loved and used both the pool (daily) and the hot tub (twice). Our host was exceptionally available and fun! Our family was very comfortable sharing the single bathroom with no problem. The property was easy to find and the view made the trip for us all. I would recommend it to my friends and hope to return again. Thanks Anne!

A big slice of Shangri la in Santa Barbara! The most amazing view and garden, and the host, Anne, was so accomodating and had a wealth of knowledge.A perfect space for quiet and relaxation. Very well appointed with lots of nice additional touches. Well stocked to enjoy immediately upon arrival.

We had the greatest time in Santa Barbara. Anne was a fantastic host and was very helpful with finding great local places to eat. This location is in a nice quiet neighborhood that overlooks the city and ocean. Highly recommended for those looking for a nice relaxing vacation, even if for only a few days.

Anne's place is a wonderful little spot to unwind. The view is incredible, the property is spacious, the accommodations were spotless and comfortable and Anne went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided coffee with everything you need and even dashed out to get us some cinnamon which we routinely use in our morning brew, She provided snacks and fresh fruit from her garden. The kitty is lovely and so friendly and greeted us each time we came and went from the property. The pups are well behaved and friendly and the iguanas are a sight to see. The beds are comfortable which is so important. Easy roomy parking with private entrance. The pool and hot tub were ready and waiting! We couldn't have asked for more. Anne is a doll and her place is a gem!

This is a beautiful property with a beautiful view. It is very well maintained and a pleasure to enjoy it.

My wife and I stayed at this property, along with our dog, for a week over the 4th of July. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner, Anne, who showed us around the property and introduced us to her two fun dogs. Anne was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to eat and things to do and see, although we spent most of our time relaxing in the sun at the private pool and jacuzzi. The views and the gardens are amazing, and my wife really enjoyed meeting the resident iguanas! Overall, this was a perfect relaxing getaway!

The property was lovely and in an incredible location. Our hostess was delightful and every possible detail was thoughtfully attended to. The only issue we had is that we thought it was a standalone property and was more of a traditional property with a kitchen.

My family stayed here for three nights and we had a very relaxing time. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and safe with a beautiful view. Anne is wonderful and her two little dogs too!

The stay with Anne is one of our most memorable VRBO rentals. The pool, hot tub, and view were amazing but our favorite feature was the garden. The garden is beautifully maintained and added to the relaxing vibe of our trip. It reminded me of being in a life size zen garden and I couldn’t help but be inspired for nature photography. It was the perfect place to have your morning coffee, afternoon stroll and evening beverage. The wide array of plants, flowers and fruit trees (orange and lemon) added to the undeniable beauty of the property. The most unique part of the stay was Anne. She was welcoming and shared her wide array of Santa Barbara knowledge. We absolutely loved seeing her dogs on property and her two iguanas. If you are looking for a unique stay this is the place for you.

From start to finish, Anne (Hostess) made sure our trip was picture perfect. Her attention to detail and energy made the stay that much better. 10/10 would highly recommend for couples or small families looking for a quiet retreat with beautiful views and landscaping.

15/10 would recommend! Anne was amazing, the view was epic, the hot tub was hot, the iguanas were prehistoric, the property has so much personality, and the place was exactly as pictured. If you’re lucky you’ll get to meet Ms. Kitty. Cannot recommend this place enough. Anne also gave us the best recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and spots that wouldn’t be worth our time. Surprised my wife with a long weekend trip for her birthday. Will absolutely be back in the summer so we can use the pool!

We had a delightful vacation at this property! Anne was an excellent host and provided us with everything we needed. She even made reservations for us at at the San Ysidros Ranch restaurant! If you need a place to unwind close to the beach, this is a great place to stay!!!

Our stay was fantastic! The property is beautiful, separate private entrance, had the entire backyard to ourselves including pool and spa, generously sized rooms, great views!, great centralized location in the hills while still being 5-10 min from everything in SB, owner responds quickly and respected our privacy

Anne was the most wonderful host! We had full use of the heated pool, hot tub, and barbecue. She provided breakfast items, wine, and towels. She introduced us to her fantastic iguanas and two sweet dogs and a cat. We stayed at the guesthouse with ourdaughter

There aren’t words wonderful enough to describe this beautiful property. We were drawn to the view and the pool, but were delighted to find a hot tub, spacious living quarters and an incredible property owner! This peaceful and reinvigorating property is everything we hoped for. Anne was a dream to work with. Take her restaurant recommendations (seriously!). We will be back and are already counting down the moments until we are!

Really really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Anne - the host - was great and so friendly and if we needed anything, she was right there. Our stay was very restful and the view is just awesome. We would sit out by the pool and the lovely landscape and relax and enjoy the view, the scenery, the pool and the peacefulness.

Private gate and wing entry; beautifully maintained large swimming pool (we enjoyed daily); incredible room & patio garden views overlooking the Pacific Ocean and just 10-15 minutes from SB town and beaches.
