Stayed Dec 18, 2021We stayed here for 7 nights leading up to Christmas. We felt really lucky to find this place and it was an amazing value. The unit is part of a complex that has about 20 similar units. The complex faces the beach and has a really nice pool. There is an open air kitchen, living room and dining room downstairs. This unit is about 5 back from the pool and beach and you have a side view of the pool and ocean while sitting in the living room. The kitchen is very well stocked. While there isn’t a lot of counter space, there are so many restaurants and cafes within walking distance, all we did was make a light breakfast here and go out for lunch and dinner. Upstairs there is a small outdoor terrace and then three bedrooms each with their own a/c and two bathrooms. One bedroom had a king and a double and one had two doubles. These bedrooms share a jack and Jill bathroom. The other bedroom had a double or queen and a single bed and another smaller single bed that would sleep a small child. This unit has a hall bathroom. Two bedrooms have safes. The unit is in good condition. The bathrooms and kitchen aren’t super newly renovated but everything is clean and works well. For the price you cannot beat the value. There are nice new furnishings in the living and dining room. You can walk downtown within 10 minutes but even within a block of this unit there are shops and cafes and a pharmacy. Maria who runs the unit was incredibly attentive. Check in was very easy. Mary came to clean twice and brought fresh towels and restocked the drinking water and toilet paper. We were also provided with beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards. The complex has a security guard who makes the rounds regularly, very friendly and it feels very safe. The whole town feels very safe. We would definitely stay here again.
