- During your stay, you may hear or see U.S. Navy jet aircraft conducting training and other operations. NAS Whidbey Island operates year-round, and flight activity can occur at various times of day.
- Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that this home does not have direct beach access. The closest beach is the Langley public beach at the Langley Marina.
- Even though the home is close to town, there are no shoulders on the road, making it potentially dangerous to walk due to passing cars.
- Please note: Per the Navy’s scheduling, there may be flyovers near this home, which can be very loud. Schedules are typically posted one week in advance and can be found online.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    Check in process was fully explained and went very smoothly.The beds and linens were very comfortable. The view of Saratoga Strait was spectacular, changing with variations of clouds, light and time of day. The kitchen was fully outfitted with cutlery, serving utensils and crockery. Wi-fi and cable worked perfectly. A great stay.

    Walking into the property led us directly to the large window framing the real-life painting of the sea and mountains. Everyone stopped and stared. Truly beautiful. The house was very clean. Bedrooms are nicely sized, and the separate floors make for easy living for two family groups. The house is near to Langley and several wineries. This is a wonderful property. The only slight challenges were a musty smell upon entering the house and a slightly outdated kitchen with limited wine glasses and cookware. The fresh air from the open doors quickly dissipated the odor, and we were fine drinking wine from juice glasses.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has visited the Whidbey Island area several times - renting vacation properties through Tara each time - and each time the property has been excellent as advertised, clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend them based on our direct experience.
