I have a dream team of folks who move garbage cans, maintain the garden, and maintain the hot tub. I can support remotelyand if any solutions require a person on site, someone from the team on Whidbey Island will be available.

On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Bryan, on our maintenance team, will move garbage cans and sometimes leaf blow.

Bells Beach is a very quiet neighborhood and a five minute drive to the town of Langley. There are common sightings of eagles, herons, porpoises, and whales.


Although Bells Beach Lookout is not officially classified as ADA-compliant, modifications were made to the home to allow for wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters. Guests can enjoy a stairless entry using the carport parking and 36 wide hallways, entrances, and openings to rooms.

In addition to the driveway, there is parking behind the house in the two-car-covered carport, so guests can enjoy a stairless entry. The carport is flat, has motion detector lights, and is plenty wide enough for a van and another ten feet of room. Guests who require a 36 wide entry can use the glass gate from the carport, and follow the wide deck to the front of the house. To enter the house, guests enter through the glass door on the front deck which is 36 wide and has a ramp on either side - accessible for wheels and walkers.

It’s very much about island life and the natural world here. Guests come to walk the beaches, explore the tidepools, and hike the trails. People also watch for local wildlife, such as eagles and herons, as well as grey and orca whales. Our tall Evergreens are a perennial draw. Other nearby activities and attractions include the nearby off-leash dog parks, wineries, beaches, boat launches, and marinas. We’re close to the artistic town of Langley with restaurants, galleries, shops, and easy access to the waterfront.

House Rules:
-PETS - One or two dogs are allowed. A $75 pet fee will apply. Please no dogs on the furniture or the bedding. Only well behaved dogs who won't bark can be left unattended. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by dogs (scratching wood trim, clawing leather furniture, cleaning carpets etc...)
-HOT TUB. Our top of the line hot tub is serviced after every check out and is designed for three people at any time. More than three will cause an unbalance in the pH and could result in a drain + refill. Please rinse in the shower before entering the hot tub to ensure a clean hot tub. If the hot tub requires a drain and refill due to excessive dirt, broken glass, or products not suitable for hot tubs, guests are responsible for the $150 drain and refill fee.
-BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR -Out of respect for our neighbors and the serenity of this location, please no outdoor noise between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. NO -ON STREET PARKING. Please park in driveway and in carport only -Please follow the one-way signs and only enter the neighborhood using Center Street. -When driving down the alley behind the house, please drive at the posted speed of 5 MPH. Please note that this property is for guests 13 years and older.
-NO SMOKING, VAPING, or illegal substances, or illegal activities are allowed.
- Parties, events, and RVs are prohibited. No tents or structures may be erected on the property.     What a wonderful home to stay in. We have rented many homes, and this is in our top two for cleanliness, location and owner communication. The heated deck was a plus, as well as the ease to reach everything we wanted to do on the island. There is hiking only minutes away and access to either ferry is easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again....in fact, we are hoping to make this a yearly stay. Thank you for allowing travelers to enjoy this lovely property.

    There aren't too many rental that are ADA friendly in the Puget Sound area. This i the one of the very best. For a family of 6 adults, the home filled every need. A large kitchen where 3 daughters prepared meals. Very good for wheelchairs or walkers. If good health is maintain, we will be back. The weather was perfect - not too hot, not to cool.

    My husband and I stayed here with my mom and one of our close friends. My mom is very picky about bnb’s and this one exceeded her expectations! Everything was updated, clean, and the added amenities were awesome. The added touch of leaving hygiene products in the bathroom and extra coffee and snacks in the kitchen was so generous and not often found elsewhere. Gorgeous views of the bay and can’t forget how awesome the hot tub is! Thank you so much for letting us stay in this amazing home, we will be back!

    My husband's family was visiting from Iowa and Boston for my MIL's 75th birthday. The host was so nice and quick to answer all my questions. We are so happy we chose Bells Beach! They brought their 16 year old dog who loved the beach and hanging out on the deck. We love how cozy the house was. The house was even better than I was expecting, they thought of everything! The kitchen had every tool we needed, the bathrooms were supplied with backup toiletries in case you forgot something and there were plenty of games and books. We loved the telescope and binoculars so we watch the orcas. All in all, this was the best home rental we have every had and hope to be able to come back.

    The home was a perfect place for our family to stay as we gathered for a friend's wedding on the island. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for our adult children as they worked remotely during the day. We all enjoyed sitting on the deck to enjoy views of the water and mountains, as well as the moon rising. It was a perfect home base to return to after all the wedding activities. Had good communication throughout the stay with the hosts. Would love to return again.

    A vacation home that has the ease of mobility is very difficult to find. Bellbeach Outlook is very accommodating for those with mobility problems, very wheelchair, walker accessible. Whidbey Island is a great island to explore from the south all the way to Deception Pass State Park. There are small towns or communities to discover. Everything that you need is provided.     This is our summer home away from the Arizona heat! We’ve spent a few weeks here for the last three summers and will be back next year. This is a beautiful home in a tranquil setting with amazing views. The house is spotless on arrival with a kitchen that has more amenities than mine at home! The beds are all comfortable and the hot tub is delightful! It’s a short drive to Langley and the farmer’s market and incredible beaches and hiking. The host is wonderful with excellent communication. It’s simply a delightful place!

    Vanessa went beyond expectations to accommodate my husband's limited mobility. Bells Beach Overlook is beautifully situated to enjoy Saratoga Sound's activity and the mountains beyond. Furnishings and supplies are exceptional - even down to a did you forget something box with toothbrush, etc. no need to buy spices or cooking oils; coffee and tea are provided. We enjoyed the cool days on the deck thanks to overhead heating. Quick drive to charming Langely for shops and restaurants and to Freeland for groceries. You won't be disappointed.
