Santa Barbara-Style Home in the Center of Scottsdale w/ private heated pool.

Our stay at Roseanne’s how was wonderful. She is so kind and helpful. It felt like home for me and my family. The house was clean, bright and spacious. My girls loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. All you needed for a comfortable stay is provided. We all loved lounging outside in the beautiful pool and enjoyed our sunset dinners outdoors as well. This home is pretty much a 10 minute drive to groceries, shopping & restaurants. We will definitely return to this lovely home to vacation again in beautiful Arizona!

Awesome place—we loved it. The pool was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Very quiet, clean, and a beautiful space overall. The multiple TV and lounge areas made it easy for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very private & laid-back, though a bit overdue for an update. The pool & surroundings are awesome! It’s a great location to restaurants & shopping, and the hosts are excellent!

We absolutely loved this place, spacious, and gorgeous outdoor pool and patio! Wonderful family friendly location. Pool towels and shower towels provided, champagnep, garage door opener included, making using a rental car very easy. Two washers and dryers for laundry. Kitchen was fully

10 out of 10! This was probably the favorite trip of the entire family. The host was welcoming and everything had very nice touches. Lots of attention to detail! They even had the piano tuned we could hear our daughter play! Don’t consider any other property. Book here! Some of the most beautiful memories that we’ve made as a family were because this host was so wonderful. Thank you so much, Roseanne!

Everything was perfect, and so comfortable!!

We appreciated the space that the house provided where we could be together; especially outdoors! We had beautiful weather. It was comfortable for all 6 of us!

Trip for 5 woman. The home was super comfortable and spacious !! Pool was perfect for us with several lounge chairs and some floaties. The location was great for us to get to the hiking spots we wanted to visit. Would love to stay here again!!

We had such a relaxing and wonderful “babymoon” here. The outdoor pool area is beautiful and we enjoyed spending our days lounging in the pool. The house was very well kept and well stocked. I especially appreciated the coffee and hot chocolate that was provided. Roseanne was a great host and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is lovely, a short drive to many nearby restaurants and shops. We would absolutely return!

This property and our host was just perfect. The host was so helpful before we arrived, easy to communicate with and even brought us coffee filters when I had a question on how to use the machine. The house was stocked with everything we needed, laid out in a way we all felt we had our own personal space, in a very good location and the backyard pool was perfect to cool off in. I hope I can return to this house again and again. Thank you Roseanne!

Honestly, this home is even more amazing than the listing suggests. It had everything we needed, and we never had to search excessively for anything. The outdoor entertaining spaces were truly exceptional, with plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The environment was peaceful and inviting—perfect for making lasting memories.

Roseanne's property and hospitality can't be beat! It was the perfect getaway for our college roommate reunion (20 years later!). We were relaxed and comfortable, whether it was on the lounge chairs by the pool, under the covered porch or on the comfy couch. Thank you so much for such a memorable weekend! Amazing

This is the second year my friends and I stayed at Roseanne’s house. The location is wonderful for shopping and food and the house is warm and inviting. Roseanne is easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Literally in the middle of everything you want….hikes, restaurant's, shopping, etc. easy process from start to finish. Rosanne and family were amazing hosts and the property is so well maintained it seemed luxurious! Will be back 1000%

Our experience was wonderful from the moment we booked. Roseanne was so wonderful, nice and accommodating the entire stay. If we had any questions, she was quick to respond and always willing to offer advice and suggestions. The house, yard and neighborhood were perfect! We will definitely be back!

House was as described. The outdoor seating areas and pool make the the place the best. The inside is a bit worn, as you likely expect for a rental. The 2 beds were comfortable and the tv worked well. We enjoyed the space, but you definitely need a car to get to eat and hike.The weather was not the best while we there, but that is beyond control. Still had a nice time and Roseanne was a gracious host.

Our group had nothing but great things to say about Rosanne and this house. Starting with communication, Rosanne was excellent. She reached out in timely manners and made sure the house was perfect when we got in.

We were expecting a much nicer property based on the price and the listing photos. The house is very dated and painted over to look good from a distance. The bathroom situation doesn't work well.....the person staying in the front bedroom had wall alll the way across the house to take a shower. We paid for heating the pool and it was like warm at best......appeared to only have included a split cover. Not sure what the fee was for. Sorry, but will not rent this one again.

Quiet,comfortable sweet home

Owner helped when I had a few glitches…. Place was beautiful and clean. Host was responsive and very helpful!!! Loved the neighborhood, we walked everyday in neighborhood and loved all the friendly people and dogs! Would recommend very very much! Also close to Kierland and fashion square…. Lots of restaurants close! Would stay here again!!!
