Stayed Jul 11, 2025Everything was so great during our stay! The house was clean, there were extra towels, the kitchen was set up nicely and everything was super comprehensive. The neighborhood was also so lovely and charming. We would return in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Stayed Oct 20, 2023good location, walkable. Tidy inside. Easy in and out. enjoyed the plants outside. Had to sweep the patio on arrival, but lovely spot.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023This residence was a great place for my wife and I to stay for our trip to Santa Barbara. I would definitely rent this place again. The listing was very much correct and our expectations were met. With that said, there is sand in the hot tub, and the door lock in the master bedroom is broken so we slept with an unlocked door all weekend. I was also hoping to park in the garage as well. I’m not sure the listing mentions the inability to use the garage for parking or not. These things weren’t major issues, but wanted to share. Thanks for the great rental for the weekend!
