Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this wonderful place while there was a major snowstorm back home...what timing! The home itself had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds, TVs in every bedroom and the living room, and an indoor gas fireplace. Everything was very clean and we had plenty of room for 3 of us. We spent most of our time outside on the patio and the beach, which was outstanding. There was enough space and seating for us to enjoy company, yet solitude when we needed it. The hosts were great communicators and very friendly, keeping us updated and informed, and were quick to respond to our emails. The security guards at the gate were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the food delivery service, so that everything was there when we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing getaway from the winter blues!

Great views, easy access to nearby venues.

The location is fantastic. Pacific Coast Highway runs on the back of the property and so does the railway line. If you can ignore the occasional noise from the train passing by (it is the Surfliner), then all that you can hear is the noise of the waves slamming into the beach on the balcony side of the house. I could sit there all day listening to it. Also, at night you can leave the door open (screen door closed) and hear the waves as you are going to sleep. It is safe to do so since there are no surfers or beach goers at the location (it is quite a ways from the entrance to the beach further north). Inside the house, everything was in place and very clean. This is a dream property.

Fabulous site where we could sit on the patio and enjoy the ocean spray and the sunsets. Some of pots and oans coyld have been nicer. Everyrhing else was well stocked in the kutchen for cooking

ON the beach! We were a family of 3 so had plenty of extra space. Very clean and well maintained in a gated community. Can’t say enough

What wonderful time we had! We did have some unusual difficulty with the kitchen faucet, and I am happy to say we had a prompt response and resolution from the Property Manager- even during a holiday weekend. The property was clean, well appointed, and the privacy much appreciated. The access to the shore is just as expected from the property description and the children loved it. (The parking across the road from the property needs a bit of trimming. While beautiful, the shrubs are hanging over the wall and have big thorns which can scratch the children and the auto paint.) Thank you for hosting us.

The location of the house was perfection. Beautiful house interior and the exterior with the ocean right there was breathtaking. The house was the perfect set up for our family and we enjoyed eating in, playing cards, and just reading on the back deck watching and hearing the ocean sounds. The gated community was a huge bonus. The check-in process was seamless and knowing that you are protected 24hrs a day was comforting. We loved it!!

Very clean quaint true beach front property. All the amenities we needed, from bikes to boogie boards. Great for the kids to spend hours in the water right from the front patio. Wonderfully responsive host. Highly recommend this property.

We loved staying here; nice surf break at low tide to catch some waves in a private beach setting, and wonderful patio to watch the surf (and occasional dolphins!) Thank you!

Loved the property and location. Had all expectations met. I did notice prior to booking there was a train track next to the private street that the house is located on. Nothing was said on prior reviews about the train. When sitting on the beach front deck the train can be barely heard which is fine. Sleeping up stairs we were woken by the train passing by a few times and the windows were shut

Everything was exceptional, from the cleanliness to the property to the views to the layout and the decor/furniture… we had such a great time with our family and enjoyed entertaining a few friends too. The beach was incredible and we spent all of our time soaking it in. Thank you!

My wife, three daughters, and I all stayed here for 5 nights while in town for a wedding, and it was better than we could have hoped for! Everyone else stayed at a hotel, so this was our escape amidst all the wedding chaos. It provided us a place to prepare our own meals, everyone have their own bed, and just room to breathe. Of course, the crashing waves by the deck were a nice relaxer as well! Very quick communication with the management, detailed instructions on how to get it/out (it's a gated community, but had ZERO issues with that), and overall a wonderful vacation home. Would highly+++++++++ recommend!
