Sandy Paws Beach House. Pet Friendly! Completely renovated in 2024!

Amazing beach views, clean warming home, excellent wholesome communication. Not much you could ask for. Perfection.

Sandy Paws was so clean, nicely updated and decorated. Was great we could have our dog with us. Perfect location and walking distance to good restaurants. Host was so wonderful to work with. We hope to be back in the future!

The newly decorated Sandy Paws meet our expectations and more. Comfortable furnishings, a great comfy bed, and all we needed to have a great escape. Susan was communicative and friendly. We'd come here again in a heartbeat.

Sandy Paws was extremely clean! The beach view from the second story balcony is amazing! The beach is literally steps from the house. We absolutely loved our stay!

Sandy Paws was a nicely presented beach home. Plenty of room for family but it was just my spouse and I. Mother Nature was really making a show on our second day but we did get to enjoy the beach, which was so close, on the other days we were there. As it was after the summer season it was so very relaxing.

Great rental and perfect location in Dewey! Our family stayed for two weeks and loved it - the rental had everything we needed and more: picture-perfect views, great cooking supplies, tons of extra blankets and beach gear, books, cards and board games, etc. The owner, Susan, was super helpful and communicative, checking in on us several times during Hurricane Erin. We loved it so much that we already booked for next year! Definitely recommend.

My 12 year old and I enjoyed being close to the beach for 4th of July. We invited friends and it was a very comfortable stay for 4 - with beds to spare! Two full baths if you include the outdoor shower and 1/2 bath on first floor, which the kids used a lot. A clean and perfectly located house next to fine dining for grown ups and pizza and ice cream for the kids. Nice back porch with friendly neighbors. A great beach house and a very helpful host!

Sandy Paws was the perfect location to spend a week with our family...including our pup. This was our first stay at this location and it couldn't be beat; the view, centrally located in town, and the amenities. This home is not only clean and beautiful inside, but practical with everything you need to hit the beach and relax after. Even the beach chairs are new and plenty for everyone. (I packed our own thinking they would not be in great condition as is the case with most rentals!) Susan was so attentive and replied promptly to any messages. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

You won't be disappointed if you stay here. Absolutely gorgeous place and views. Everything was perfect and our beagle, Willow, loved it too. Communication with host was great and check in process was simple. The location is close to everything and such easy access to the beach. We will definitely be back!

House was lovely. Well stocked and very clean. Only downside was clothes washer was broken. We packed lighter thinking we could wash during 5 night stay. Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach home. We will be back

The views from the bedroom balcony were amazing. Saw the sunrise Thursday and Friday. Loved your place. The stairs were scary for our 82 year old patriarch but everything else was excellent. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Our visit was absolutely wonderful. The entire family enjoyed every comfort the newly renovated property offered. This was a tid bit I had not shared with my family beforehand; so hearing their Oos & Ahhs upon entry was warming. And the upper bedroom beach view never disappoints. It’s just spectacular! We’re grateful for yet another opportunity to experience the Sandy Paws Beach House. We look forward to returning.

We have always wanted to take our dogs to the beach, and Dewey is very dog friendly. Sandy Paws was the perfect spot for us. The house was spacious and beautiful. Both us and the dogs loved the screened in patio off of the master bedroom. We sat there and listened to the waves crash at night and watched the other dogs on the beach during the day. The host was great at communicating and helped make our trip special!

Awesome, super clean rental right on beachfront with amazing views- could sit in the upstairs balcony all day. Our host was very accommodating and always available. Would definitely stay again!

The property was exactly as listed. The cottage is beautiful and the location is amazing. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be staying there again.

We had a wonderful stay with our dog. Our dog had a lot of fun walking the beach. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the house and the views of the ocean.

We stayed for a week and loved it. The condo is wonderful, esp the two decks, and being right on the beach is incredible. We also made numerous side trips up and down the coast and into Rehoboth. The visit was everything we could ask for in a beach vacation and then some. The owner is also wonderful, gracious and instantly responsive.

My family and I had a great time together, close to the beach enjoyed the views. The beds were comfy and the townhouse decorated nicely and very clean. All great!! Hoping to go back

My family LOVED this condo. The beach access and view was the main reason I booked this condo. I’m already a regular Delaware beach vacationer. Everything was lovely. Leaving the sliding doors cracked at night and listening to the waves?!?! Can’t beat that. Would definitely rebook.

First time staying and would definitely book again. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We left the sliding door opened upstairs to the screened in porch (a fav for the whole group!). Everyone kept their bedroom doors opened and we all and slept to the sound of the waves every night. We really liked the small deck by the front door ... nicely furnished and great place to hang out and read. Thank you, Susan!

This home was beautiful and very clean. Every single thing was new and exceptionally appointed. All the furniture, beds, flooring, appliances, and decor were brand new and very nice! The entire home was very clean. The location right on the beach was perfect for our family with 5 kids. The views from the top deck were gorgeous! We were very pleased and would rent here again.
