You’ll know you’re on holiday as soon as you walk through the door, everything you need to make your stay enjoyable has been included

Our freestanding home is spread over 2 levels. It offers three good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living space, a large deck for outdoor entertaining complete with a good sized BBQ. There is also a rumpus room with board games, books, a TV and DVD’s

An outdoor shower, cold and hot, is just what you need to rinse off after a day on the beach or fishing The secure fenced yard offers plenty of space for the kids to play or to entertain

Well-behaved pets are always welcome

There are 2 bathrooms, one upstairs with a shower and toilet and another downstairs with a shower and toilet

LIVING AREAS

The upstairs living area has a large smart TV. A wireless speaker is available to blue tooth your favourites tunes

Downstairs the games room contains a TV with built in DVD player and a multi-function games table

THE DECKS

The upstairs deck has an outdoor table that seats 6 people, a large day bed and a Weber BBQ

The downstairs deck has an outdoor table that also seats 6 people comfortably

THE YARD

The native garden is bird attracting

The grassed area is securely fenced and safe for your children and or pets to run around. Perfect for a game of backyard cricket or other ball games

ACTIVITIES

Activities include swimming, paddle boarding, surfing and kayaking

There are 3 golf courses nearby at Callala Bay, Shoalhaven Heads and Worrigee

Great fishing spots are the Crookhaven River, Greenwell Point and Orient Point

Explore the surrounding national parks or the wineries of the Shoalhaven
