'Sandpiper' Ocean Front Townhouse

Condo was clean, great view on beautiful stretch of beach. Lots of supplies provided was appreciated.

Very convenient to the beach. The condo was well-stocked with beach and kids stuff (toys, high chair, pack n play), which was great, but there are a lot of stairs, so we had to be cautious about the youngest kids.

The unit is right on the beach. The view and access to the ocean are excellent. Our stay was lovely.

Not only was this a convenient stay for our large family group who was looking to enjoy the beach and bike trails but the hosts were amazing. My mother left her AirPods in the sheets and they found them and shipped them to us. So kind, honest and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here!

We had a lovely time in this well-appointed and cozy townhome. A family member used to have a townhome at Sandpiper, so it was very familiar. It was clean and had lots of little extras such as plenty of bath products. It was a great way to celebrate Thanksgiving!

This is one of our favorite properties! Everything is great from the communication with the owner to the views from both the balcony and back porch! HIGHLY recommend this unit!

Our stay was wonderful! It was the perfect place to relax for a long weekend and the beach was beautiful!

The location was perfect- we had everything we needed to spend most of our time on the beach.The condo was clean but not spotless.Communication wasn’t amazing but most of the time sufficient.

This is our third year and as in past Terrie was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and made us feel at home. We will be back again next year.

Beautiful views of the beach, excellent location right on Peter's Point. Enjoyed the extra touches like the Keurig and pods. Plenty of parking and great location...convenient to everything. Will rent there again.

Great stay no complaints!

The location was beautiful with two decks that were in constant use by my family. This is a three story condo with lots of narrow steps and no elevator. We just didn’t realize the amount of stairs. The master was nice and clean with a fresh coat of paint. The public rooms were not as clean as they should have been. It could use a fresh coat of paint as well as a good scrub.

This was a great location and setup for 4 adults and 2 young children. Access to the beach is very convenient and size of house and furnishing worked well. Fernandina Beach has great restaurants that accommodated the children. Went fishing and took our catch to the Salty Pelican who cooked it for us and served with fixings for fish tacos. The kids particularly enjoyed Fort Clinched and finding sharks teeth on the beach there. Would definitely book again.

The place was nice. It was a little dated and could use some updating but had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend away

The property offered perfect easy beach access and is a short walk just across the street from the beach. There were tons if towels and beach and pool toys, and we felt like we had everything we needed. Terrie was responsive and the process went smoothly. We would definitely rent this place again!

We had a wonderful time in Amelia Island. The condo was perfect for our family and it was nice for everyone to have their own space. The two porches are delightful and the upper level one has great views of the dunes and beach. The condo was very clean and was well equipped for almost a weeks stay. Host was very easy to work with.

We loved our stay at Sandpiper; the location right by the beach is beautiful. The house was nice and clean, all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Our interactions with the owner were very pleasant. We would choose this place again. Recommended!

The good: Great location for the beach, wonderful views from the patio and upper deck, comfortable outdoor seating, plenty of beach towels, kitchen mostly outfitted well, owner very responsive to questions or issues.The bad: Condo quite dated and in need of some minor repairs - ripped carpeting for example. Some cleaning issues in the kitchen. I felt the price for the condo was not warranted.

We had a great time staying at this property just a walk over the dunes to the beach! We needed to contact the property manager a couple times and we received a prompt and kind response each time. We had plenty of space for our large family (4 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids) to sleep comfortably and enjoyed the location of the property.

The location of this complex was fantastic. Grounds are well maintained and views of the beach were great from the deck and balconies. We loved sitting out to see the ocean. We felt that the interior could use some updating and maintenance. Cracked floor tiles, dingy paint and general wear and tear should be addressed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Great floor plan for two families. It was also nice to have beach chairs provided.

We stayed at this place for a golf trip and loved how clean it was and how close it was to the course and Fenandina Beach. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to the area.
