Our beautiful home is completely updated with new floors, fresh paint, new lighting, and new comfortable furnishings. The home offers both front and back screened-in porches, with the back overlooking the water. A propane gas grill is included on the outside deck. The brand new beautiful pool is less than a 40 yard walk. Guests also have access to the Linkside Pool. This pool has a hot tub and is a short golf cart ride- about a mile from the house.

Stayed Apr 4, 2026Wonderful stay, no complaints! House was beautiful and very clean. The screened back porch is so nice, my favorite part of the house. Amazing location, close to the heated pool and the Grand Boulevard. Plenty of space for our party, 3 adults and 3 kids. Having the golf cart to use was a huge plus! We loved our week here and would definitely come back!

Stayed Feb 11, 2026This is a wonderful house. The hosts have it equipped so well. They thought of everything. The back screened in porch was our favorite. It was comfortable with seating and a table to play games. A TV too. A great place to stay!

Stayed Nov 23, 2024We had such a wonderful stay here. Prime location with easy walks or golf cart rides to the Village, beach, pool & more! The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare holiday meals. The outdoor living space was my absolute favorite! I took many naps outside on the swing. Pictures really don't do this home justice. It's beautifully decorated, updated, and clean. The host answered questions promptly & politely. We WILL BE BACK!
