Sandestin Beautiful One Story Updated Cottage 6 Seater Golf Cart Included

This is a wonderful house. The hosts have it equipped so well. They thought of everything. The back screened in porch was our favorite. It was comfortable with seating and a table to play games. A TV too. A great place to stay!

We're repeat guests. The host is very responsive, and we absolutely love the location. The screened patio with swing is my absolute go-to spot. The kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed during our stays.

Great location and loved the house. Had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive. Did have a little issue with the internet but didn't impact the stay too much.

I just love this property! It is perfect in every way. From the location to the layout and decor, it really is a place we cherish visiting. Communication with the owners is stellar as well, they are always prompt with responding.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Prime location with easy walks or golf cart rides to the Village, beach, pool & more! The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare holiday meals. The outdoor living space was my absolute favorite! I took many naps outside on the swing. Pictures really don't do this home justice. It's beautifully decorated, updated, and clean. The host answered questions promptly & politely. We WILL BE BACK!

This property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a quick getaway. The host was quick to respond and so helpful. The back porch was hands down my favorite part of the house to hang out. It really reminds me of a southern living coastal home with all of its special touches. We will be back! ?

We enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. We took our fur babies with us and they felt right at home. It was so convenient to everything as well as a great place to walk our dogs. Our very place to sit was outside on the big screened in porch - there is a big, beautiful swing that is absolutely amazing and so very relaxing! We loved swinging and enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. We loved the owners of the home - they were so helpful and very easy to communicate with! Check in was easy. Location was excellent. You can walk to Bay Town or take the golf cart anywhere. The furnishings were beautiful. It was extremely clean. I highly recommend this unit. We have stayed in several locations in San Destin and it’s one of our favorites.

Everything about the location and proximity to Baytown Warf and the beach was amazing! The proximity to the ward and the fact that the house backs up to the main drag cause some noise in the evening. But nothing was as loud as the frigs in the pond at night! No worries though, because we slept right through that as well since the beds and linens were great. We loved playing scrabble on the back porch. And LOVED having the golf cart to drive to public and restaurants! No horrible traffic! We will be back!
