With 75 feet of canal frontage & generous dockage, this home is ideal for those looking to explore the beautiful waters of the Keys.



Inside, the spacious open layout offers plenty of room to gather & unwind. The fully equipped kitchen, inviting living spaces, & five comfortable main-house bedrooms provide the perfect setting to make lasting memories. The sixth bedroom is located in a private apartment with a separate entrance & its own bathroom, offering added privacy—ideal for in-laws, teenagers, or anyone who prefers a little extra space.



Sandal Escape is conveniently located in Marathon, just one hour from both Key West & Key Largo, making it a great home base for exploring the best of the Florida Keys. Whether you’re planning a fishing trip, a family getaway, or a relaxing vacation with friends, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY:



Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older & must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking. Furthermore, this property is exclusively available as a vacation rental & is not available for worker housing.



No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. For the comfort & safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors.



Pet Policy: Up to 3 friendly & well-behaved dogs 80 LBS or less each will be considered with a $30/night pet fee. To help maintain a safe & welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport. Guests will simply submit household pet information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, & only requires creating an account if you're bringing a pet or animal. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process.



Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, & the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay.



Boating & Dockage Advisory: Due to bridges & varying water depths, it is your responsibility to ensure that your boat can safely navigate local waters, access the canal, & fit the listed dockage before booking. While we are happy to provide general information based on our knowledge of the area, guests must exercise extreme caution when boating & ensure all activities comply with local regulations.



Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, & other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent & keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.



Construction & Renovation Notice: Due to ongoing growth in the Florida Keys, renovations, construction, & road repairs may occur without prior notice. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, iTrip Key West is not liable for any inconveniences caused by nearby construction.

    This house was perfect for our family of 12!! 5 bedrooms inside with house with a 6th in an apartment style. The home is on an inlet right off the ocean. The home was fully stocked with tons of towels, pans, dishes, everything you need. You just need to buy the food. We WILL be back! This is one of our favorites so far!

    We had such a great time at your house! The house fit our family of 13 soo well!! The pool was perfect! We docked 2 boats out front and they fit great! The house had all the amenities we needed! Our only recommendation would be the pool house is really musty smelling. We went out and got an additional damp rid but could definitely benefit from a dehumidifier. We can’t wait to return!!

    The house was exactly as advertised. The house was very clean. There were only two disappointments. When we arrived, there was seven garbage cans, overflowing with trash. Plus, flies and maggots. We asked the inspector about it and he his response was, you know how renters are. Also, people bringing a boat need to know they need lots of bumpers to protect their boat from the jagged edges of the concrete at the bulkhead.

    Marathon is a great place to stay. There is so much to do and see we could have spent the whole week on Marathon. Key West was just an hour away so spend a few days down there or going out for the evening was just as easy. The house was located away from the main road enough that you didn't hear traffic or much noise which was great for relaxing evenings in in the pool.
