Stayed Sep 20, 2025Sand Sational! was a great beach house. It was very clean, the linens smelled nice and not just like bleach, and the deck seemed fairly new (no splinters). The pictures are a good representation of the house. The house is very dog friendly with very nice gates on the decks, a silicone mat with a dog bowl for water, and a small fenced-in area to let your dog out at night without having to go to the beach, which was a game changer. We would definitely rent this house again.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025Nice, clean beachfront house. All four bedrooms are beachfront, which was really nice (3 bedrooms on middle/2nd level, 1 bedroom on top/3rd level). Well-appointed kitchen.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025Great visit at Sand Sational! Three generations plus pups enjoyed our week! Great beach access and deck seating to enjoy ocean views! Even saw a turtle hatching, dolphin pod, and a water spout! Dog fenced area made it easy to take pups out during the heat of the day and hose and shower made cleanup easy after the beach. Communication was clear and timely. House provided everything we needed for a great week!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Very nice home. Surf City is a great place to visit. The only issue I had was when the booking days were changed without my approval. However several months later before our trip the owner was able to accommodate our original Saturday to Saturday dates.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Great house, great location and set up for those of us who love to ave our pets with us on vacation. The decks have gates, there are extra gates inside, making it very pet friendly. The house is situated with easy access to Surf City, but far enough down to have many less people on the beach. And you can’t beat the view to wake up to. We had everything we needed for a great week away. Would definitely rent again
