Stayed Apr 16, 2025The location was good. Not on the beach but quiet and a nice street. There was plenty of room for 9 adults. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a hair dryer or any toiletries (hand soap, bath soap, etc).

Stayed May 16, 2023All information and detail’s accurate as expected. The location for fishing and access to the water was within very short walking distance. Parking was difficult with four adult couples but no surprise as the website reveled this from the start.

Rooms are a great size, plenty of seating, and SO well located. There isn’t a view, but it’s about a 2 minute walk to the beach and it still has a beachy front porch with rocking chairs. I would definitely recommend and will definitely rent again.

Reviewer Comments: We had the most incredible week celebrating our daughter's wedding a year after Covid hit. Intracoastal was INCREDIBLY kind and allowed us to postpone our trip a year and then we enjoyed this beautiful house with our brothers and sisters and nieces! The downstairs was PERFECT for our little nieces to get up and play without waking everyone upstairs! The variety of gathering spots, huge porch that is shaded in the afternoons, toys in the garage, laundry, huge rooms, and outdoor shower for post beach rinsing checked all the boxes. And the short walk to our favorite end of the beach was absolutely perfect for all ages! It. Was. FABULOUS!
