Stayed Mar 16, 2026Pool table was too flimsy so we were scared to play on it. The website says the house sleeps 12 but that’s way far fetched without doubling up in all beds and using all couches. No coffee pot

Stayed Jul 19, 2024I think the only thing I would have changed was turning the AC on a few hours before the guest gets there. Every thing else was fun and nice.

Stayed Mar 14, 2023The house was perfect for entertaining the whole family. There are lots of living areas so everyone had plenty of room. The location provides easy I-35 access to San Marcos or New Braunfels. It was nice to relax and see some animals we don’t normally get to see.
