San Francisco - Lovely 3 Bedroom Home with Garage

Place is awesome. Host was very responsive. Clean and nice. One bad night because a frat house is in the back. Bust just one night so I don’t think it is a reg problem

Location was very convenient. House was very clean and spacious. We appreciated the large garage. Provided many amenities such as coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash. Host was kind and communicated very promptly.

Very nice, clean, and warm place as it was cold this wknd there! Host is quick to respond with all your needs. Beds are a little hard, but home and accommodations oversee that. Don't rentt anything larger than midsize SUV for garage parking. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Very clean. Hosts were great. Responded immediately to questions even when we were there. We are not very familiar with mass transit. They were helpful. Streetcar stop very close by. Garage was a huge plus!

Beautiful home in a neighborhood with little traffic. Easy highway access.

Very Clean and convenient location. Fresh ground coffee was a welcome bonus! Muni stop was 3 minutes away. Host is very accommodating and quick with responses. Unit has garage parking and this is critical if you have a rental. We didn't have to search for parking. We had a wonderful stay!

We spent several nights in this lovely home while visiting SF and Muir Woods. The home was comfortable and well cared for. We appreciated having a garage.

We felt very comfortable walking into this house. Everything was clean and in working order. The Chrysler minivan did fit inside the 1-car garage, which was nice. It was great to be just 8 minutes from the coast and within 2 blocks of convenient freeway access. Our host was also extremely responsive and helpful.

We are definitely going to stay at this property whenever we visit SF. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owners were very responsive to questions. The beds were comfortable. It is very close to the Muni (train) stop. Probably the only thing was how tight the garage was when we parked our minivan. But with some practice and folding the side mirrors, it was fine. All SF garages appear to be small.

We stayed here Monday through Friday. It was a very convenient location to catch the public transportation (muni), which we used most of the days. The house is very clean and well laid out. We had a rental car (GMC Acadia) that we only used on the days that we traveled across the bridges. All other days we used the Muni to go into the city and to fisherman‘s wharf.

Very responsive owner. It was a delightful stay.

It’s just as described! Everything you need for a weekend getaway or even longer. Just a block and a half from the nearest Muni stop so easy access to anywhere. Entrance to garage is a tight fit but roomy once you’re in. Highly recommend!

Owner kindly let us unpack early because we were nervous about driving in the city with our big car. Took the M line every day and it was easy. Very comfortable stay. He needs to update the listing because fold out couch bed is not available. Would have been nice to have that extra bed. Owner did let us know quickly about the issue before we confirmed so we chose to have my teenage son just sleep on the couch.

We did a round trip on the west coast and have rented several houses. Clearly this was the best experience we had in renting houses for years. House was extremly clean and perfectly equipped. Everything was exactly as shown on the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and safe so that we could sleep well at night. Communication with the owner was easy and he responded on everything within minutes. Therefor honest 5/5 star rating.

Great house with garage!! It was a bit tight for a mini van but it works. Having a place for your vehicle is very important in San Fran:). It We had an excellent stay. House was clean and host was very communicative.

The property has an old house charm but with all modern amenities. Owner has very thoughtfully setup the house for anyone renting it out. House is on a quite street but still close enough to main main city area.

The house was in an excellent location to SFSU, safe and quiet. Convenience stores, gas and restaurants nearby. House had all the amenities to make your stay that much more convenient. Fully appointed kitchen with dishes, toaster, coffee make, microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator/freezer, and more! Excellent place to stay!
