Terrific stay at Ocean Beach. It has everything and more than expected! Looking forward to making this our twice a year home at the beach.

I have been in the cleaning business for 40years and the cleaning was 100 the way clean should be!! We enjoyed the quietness, and how property is kept lighted for path walks,, awesome place to stay!

Such a cute little beachy cottage! Great location and the bed was very comfortable (very important). I loved all the artsy touches and colorful decor.

Great location, close to the beach.

We had a wonderful time staying at the cottage. The host was accommodating and thoughtful when our flight and arrival were delayed late into the night. The cottage is exactly as cute and cozy as pictured. It was wonderful to be so close to the beach and the neighborhood is vibrant, easily walkable and filled with shops and restaurants. Airplanes could be heard during normal flight hours from roughly 6:30a-10p but were not bothersome to us in the least. Overall a great stay! We would gladly return when we’re in the area again.

Our stay was wonderful! The beach is just a short walk away and there are many great places to eat nearby, too. Our host was helpful and gave us great tips on things to see nearby that we could ride our bikes to visit.

This was a great spot to stay (with parking!) near everything Ocean Beach has to offer!

It was a fun place to stay. We used to live down the street so lots of memories. OB has really made a comeback. Lots of property upgrading and no graffity.

The place was immaculate. Everything you would need for a beach vacation was included. Extremely pet friendly. Walking distance to the beach. Garage parking which is HUGE in Ocean Beach. Katrina (our host) was awesome!!! She made us feel right at home. We are looking forward to a return visit ASAP. Thank you very much Katrina. You’re the best!!!

We had a lovely stay, Katrina was incredibly responsive and helpful. The Place is indeed one block from the beach which was our number 1 priority. The place is very small (as advertised), for a family of 4 with two young kids we could just about make it work (just note that the single bathroom entrance is in the bedroom). Given the size it was surprisingly well stocked and had everything we needed and the garage parking was also incredibly convenient. Overall, had a great time.

This place is very cute and in a great location - only a block to the beach and two to dog beach. 5 min walk to Newport Ave with parking, can't get much better than that in OB. We brought our doggy, we all loved it. Definitely will try and rent again but I fear it will be hard to get come summer.

Everything was ready and available for our spur of the moment getaway.

Cute place but it is noisy with airplanes taking off every 2-5 minutes from 6 am to 11pm.

Great property and owner. So close to everything you want in a getaway to OB. Our dog loved minute of his stay near dog beach. Katrina is an awesome host. She happened to be at the property when we got there and even helped us bring our bags in. Thank you, Katrina

Property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Walked everywhere even to 8am Mass at Sacred Heart on Sunday. Had all the beach things for our use, even a backpack cooler.

This is a fantastic location. It's a block from the beach. We had what we needed to enjoy time at the beach (chairs, towels, umbrellas). The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was as described, and we didn't have any difficulty accessing what we needed. My only complaint was that it was unseasonably warm in San Diego, and the main bedroom doesn't have a separate AC unit. This likely isn't a problem often, but it was pretty warm in there. We used the fan provided to blow cool air in, and that helped. It was never significantly uncomfortable.

Wow, what a great week at the beach! Katrina is an excellent host. If you're looking for a turnkey rental property, this is it. Just bring your clothes and your toiletries, everything else is provided. From paper products, towels, hair and skin products to beach gear it's all waiting for you at this cottage. And quality products, not the inexpensive brands. We can't wait to spend another vacation at the cottage!

Super cute apartment! The location was literally a straight shot to the beach, stocked with everything, all you need is your clothes and food. Check in instructions and property rules are clear and easy. We didn't bring our pups on this trip but we certainly will bring them on our next trip. We met other guests who shared they are frequent renters and EVERY stay they've had at this property is fabulous. We will definitely be back to this property!

This places is the cutest cottage(s) EVER! Just one block from the beach and you’ll find everything you need for a day at the beach on the property! Extremely easy to get to AND has a parking garage per unit! We parked our car and Uber’d everywhere. Parking is a nightmare which sets this property apart from many others. Everything is 15 mins away from this place and Ubers every three minutes. I cannot think of one thing this cottage was short of! I love the environmental consciousness of area! It’s simply beautiful on the porch for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening.

Had a really nice ocean visit in a cute, well stocked Ocean Beach bungalow. We'll be back.

Where to start… as soon as we arrived we were greeted by Katrina, the owner, who personally oriented us to the condo and the facilities. She even helped us bring in our luggage and helped us with parking in the garage. She is incredibly nice! The complex that contains 4 units is all contained with in one little oasis area blocked off from the street by fencing. Our unit, Grant’s Getaway, had such cute styling and was very homey. It had all we needed for a comfortable stay, and even had all the beach gear you could want or need! We had a wonderful stay for the July 4th holiday weekend exploring OB and surrounding area, and loved our home base for the weekend! Would certainly return to this complex to any one of Katrina’s Katrina’s rental units!

Katrina was wonderful and made the check-in and check-out process very easy with her clear communication and thorough instructions. Not only is the place adorable, but it's walking distance from the beach and many great restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend!

The cottage was exactly what we needed and the host was spectacularly communicative. Everything worked great and we didn't have any issues at all with the property. Highly recommended!

My 16 year old son and I really enjoyed our stay. Cottage was super clean and comfortable, and our host provided great instructions. Beautiful little garden complete with a lemon tree. Funky, fun neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. Pizza Port was one of our favourites and offered great gluten free pizza and excellent local beer.

The beach cottage is decorated in a darling, eclectic retro mix that feels like a fun treat to visit. The location is great and walking distance to many Ocean Beach attractions, including local cafés and restaurants, as well as the beach. All the gear is provided for uo to a family of four

Very cute cottage, well equipped with beach towels and beach equipment. Location is great, a block from the beach and 3 blocks to the action and pounding surf. I hope to come again.

The space is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and a cozy feel. And it’s a block and a half from the water, with accommodations to rinse off at after a day on the sand. The host was most responsive and provided thorough and clear instructions for everything from check in to WiFi. What I liked best was the fact the place is colorful and attractive; not worn and old looking like other places I’ve seen and rented in the area. And it is walking distance to shops and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

Our only complaint is that the weather was not what we expected for San Diego. Two days of solid rain But, alas, we can’t blame Katrina for that! Anyway, the place was great, but a little smaller than it appeared from the pictures on the listing.

I had a problem getting my check in info but My host was quick to respond and made everything better! The place was prefect.

Stayed here while visiting family that lives in Ocean Beach. The neighborhood was a little noisy but to be expected in a crowded area.

Cottage is in a great location. Bed is comfortable. The living room smelled a bit like dog, but the place was clean.

We liked the decor. And the space worked for us. Two adults and a 3 year old. Close to the beach. Cute outdoor area with lots of plants. Most everything we could have needed.

Loved it that there’s a garage that’s steps from the apartment. Apartment was so cozy with everything we needed. Neighbors were quiet too. Coffee, food and grocery were like 2 to 4 blocks away. Loved to see all the dogs while we walked to coffee. There were unhoused people on the beach but I believe that’s a nationwide concern. Enjoyed our stay.
