Stayed Oct 11, 2025The whole bottom floor was not usable to to plumbing sewage issue, sower had sewage and flooded restroom and bed room. It was fixed but was not accessible for first two days. It really bothered our weekend stay, couldn’t use bathrooms for long periods of time workers were in and out of rental , not very relaxing. Company never apologized or spoke of ANY reimbursement. I paid full price but didn’t receive what I paid for. If I rent a car and t should work the whole time I used it, no tire should be falling off and the a/c shouldn’t brake . Very disappointing for a relaxing week for my Grandmothers 80th Birthday, as it was her bottom bathroom/ bedroom that broken and smelled like sewage. Her and my Grandfather have lots of trouble climbing stairs. Overall not a pleasant time. The need to be reimbursed.
