Salt & Serenity - Absolute Beachfront Retreat on the North Fork

Welcome to your Summer escape on Long Island’s coveted North Fork—where farmhouse charm meets nautical elegance in a rare, absolute beachfront retreat. Tucked away on a tranquil beach road in Aquebogue, Riverhead (just a four-minute drive from the Hampton Jitney bus stop), this two-story haven backs directly onto its own private beach, gracing the entire home with uninterrupted water views across the shimmering Peconic Bay.

Living & Entertaining
Designed for relaxedcoastal living, the bright, breezy main level features an open-plan layout that flows seamlessly from indoors to out. The spacious living and dining areas open onto a sweeping covered porch—perfect for morning coffees or dining al fresco by the bay.

Whether you're curled up with a book, hosting a leisurely lunch, or raising a glass of local wine at golden hour, every space invites you to slow down and soak up those calming water views.

Just beyond the porch lies your own private, swimmable beach on the Peconic Bay, dotted with Adirondack chairs and sun loungers. Light up the outdoor BBQ and/ or fire-pit and unwind to the rhythm of gentle waves—this is barefoot coastal luxury at its finest.

Chef's Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the avid cook, featuring a five-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, and bar seating for two. French doors open directly onto the porch dining area, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor entertaining experience.
