The only small drawback was that there weren’t quite enough beach chairs for our group. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience, and we would definitely.

Stayed Aug 5, 2022Loved our stay at this beautiful home! Short distance to several beaches, easy drive to many area attractions. House is beautifully renovated, decorated and is spotless. The queen beds were a little on the hard side, but otherwise loved everything about this home.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful time staying in this cute home. Decorated very nicely in grey, blues and white. Beautiful new kitchen and plenty of seating in the family room area.

Stayed Jun 26, 2021Our family included six adults, and the layout and accommodations at this cottage/home were perfect for us. The home is very comfortable and inviting and very nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen including a supply of incidentals. The outdoor space is fantastic, decks on front and back with lots of seating, and we enjoyed the fire pit for hanging out in evenings and toasting s’mores. Beautiful plantings of all sorts all around the property. Pepper Beach private, a 15 minute walk. Some days we went to Cooks Brook beach, same walking distance, but allowed for easy drop off/parking for those that found the walk taxing during heat wave. Did not get to Salt Beach which I think is closer. Great air conditioning in the house kept us comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
