Salobre La Isla 1 is made for holidays that naturally move outdoors: breakfast on the patio, meals outside, afternoons by the pool and evenings on the terrace with the Salobre landscape around you.



The property is located in the La Isla complex, within Salobre Golf Resort, 234 metres above sea level. Its setting combines the residential architecture of the resortwith views of the course area, the sea and the mountains, creating a stay shaped by outdoor living and the light of southern Gran Canaria.



With 122 m² of living space on a 225 m² plot, the house can accommodate 6 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot. The layout is arranged on one level and works comfortably for families or adult groups: 1 bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, 1 additional bathroom with shower, a pantry and a living and dining area with kitchen.



Inside, the house has a modern and carefully prepared feel, designed to be easy to enjoy from the first day. The kitchen is well equipped for guests who like to cook at home, while the living area connects naturally with the outdoor spaces.



The exterior is one of the strongest parts of the house: terrace, covered terrace, patio with dining area, sun loungers, parasol, Balinese bed, parking and a 7 x 3.4 metre private pool. The pool is 1.4 metres deep and can be heated electrically for an additional cost.



The equipment includes fibre-optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating, Smart TV, Netflix, satellite TV, Spanish TV, DVD player, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, safe, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair.



The house also has solar panels, a valuable detail for a more conscious stay within the Salobre setting.



Your booking includes bed linen and towels, final cleaning, pool cleaning twice a week and mid-stay cleaning with linen change for stays of more than 10 nights.



Gas barbecue: €75.00 per stay.

The barbecue price includes its final cleaning and 2 gas bottles per stay.

Dogs on request: €55.00 per stay and per dog.

Security deposit: €300.00.

Small pets on request.
