Salento Villa Emma - Green Apartment with Garden

If you are travelling to Pugia to enjoy its wonderful beaches, Villa Emma is an amazing place to stay. Near lots of beaches with crystal clear water. The villa was very clean, fully equipped, the communication with the owner was amazing! I would certainly recommend staying here. The only thing, you definitely need a car, as the shops are about 7 minute drive away

We visited Villa Emma for 11 days in September and enjoyed the wonderful Salento coast with its sandy beaches and the clear, blue Ionian sea. Simona and her family were the perfect hosts: whenever we had a question or needed help we immediately got feedback and support. We really appreciated that! The appartement is well equipped with everything you need for relaxing holidays. There are even a parasol and two chairs ready to take to the beach which is a 5min walk away - very comfortable. As we both love to cook we were happy to find three local fish markets (pescheria) and several supermarkets in Torre Lapillo which is about 2km away from Villa Emma. We stayed here one week 4-11 October. The apartment is very nice, big and spacious. If you have children, the garden is very big and nice. We felt very much at home here. Everything you need is there. The apartment has an alarm system which is a plus in addition to private parking inside the gates. The location cannot be better. 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches. Probably the best beaches in Puglia. The family who owned the place was very nice. Initial contact with Simona by email was very easy and helpful. The parents and their son Marco met us earlier than normal check in time. So that was very nice. We did not have to go hang out somewhere for half a day waiting to check in. They showed us everything, very helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot. We will definitely stay here again. Recommended for families with small children and anyone else actually. One more to mention is that the outdoor shower also has warm water. Definitely a plus as most places only have cold outdoor showers.

Hello, We have enjoyed our stay very much. The appartment was great and modern. The two bedrooms were nice and same counts for the two bathrooms. As usual in South Italy the warm water is supplied by a solar panel heated boiler, which means in May you''de better shower in the evening if you like a warm shower. The kitchen is excellent, it even contains a dishwasher. Also the appartment has a washing machine, which is great and handy if needed. The outdoor space with outdoor kitchen and shower is great. We have used the outdoor barbecue twice. We appreciated the parking on the property behind a closed fence and the alarm installation in the house. We were really pleased with the sandy beach just 400 meters from the appartment. Most of the times it was our private beach except for the weekends. We have also explored the Lecce province and enjoyed it''s variety in landscape as well as the ancient buildings. I would strongly advise you to visit Lecce city, Otranto, Taranto, Leuca and drive the coastal way from Otranto via Leuca to Porto Cesareo or vice versa. During our stay we have met the whole family, who are all very kind and helpfull.

The house is clean and recently renovated, it is situated in a quiet street. It is clean. The house is beautifully located nearby the sea. The beach is nice and sandy. The owners are very nice. To summarize, we spent a very nice holiday here!
