Stayed Aug 26, 2018The house was very clean but a little smaller than we had anticipated. Terrific location and lots of parking area which can often be a problem in the Hamptons in the summer. Beautiful backyard, too.

Stayed Jul 26, 2018This was our first time booking a property with our toddler, so it was important to pick a spot with amenities to accommodate her (anything that would make our lives easier). We narrowed it down to 4 homes, but Frank's 3 bdrm, 2 bath in Sag Harbor jumped out at us. It has a sturdy and well built play area in the back, 2 high chairs and he's even strategically child-proofed the coffee table. Our little one had a fantastic time; it was a welcome change from our small NYC apartment. And, the icing on the cake was that Frank left 3 tickets to the local children's museum for us to take her on her first Hampton's excursion. It was thoughtful of him, and our visit to the museum was memorable and special. Frank was all about the details. The rooms can sleep 2 each because two of the rooms had trundles, and the larger room had a Queen sized bed. The living space was absolutely immaculate. There was every manner of kitchen gadget you could imagine, salad spinners, waffle makers, every sized pot and pan you could want, grilling equipment, etc. And, of course the dishwasher made for easy clean-up. The thing my wife liked the most was how much natural light pours into this home during the day. The living room has a beautiful bay window, the kitchen has a sunroof, and adjacent to the dining area is a sun room that looks out to the backyard. Our stay was stress free and idyllic, just like we wanted, which allowed us to focus on being with family. Staying here was the highlight of our summer. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 27, 2017We had never visited Long Island before and enjoyed our long weekend stay in Sag Harbor. There were five of us in our group and we were very comfortable and felt right at home during our stay here. Our time away was mainly to explore the area so we had all we needed at this property to feel right at home. This is a great home for a small family as well as for five friends with a nice big back yard. We were thrilled this home was available for us to share a long weekend with friends. Our host was gracious, friendly and helpful. The house is cozy with small bedrooms but were comfortable for sleeping. The master bathroom shower is small so I'd say if you are a tall person use the main hallway bathroom which is a full tub shower. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the patio in the large spacious back yard and were off each day to explore. We drove to the beaches and shops in East Hampton and visited the Wolffer winery and had dinner at Lulu's and drinks at Page. We chose to use Uber to travel at night and it worked out well to enjoy dinner and drinks without worrying about driving. Murf's was fun to get a feel for the local crowd. Coffee and amazing donuts at Grindstone. The only thing missing was the ability to use the laundry facilities or have access to an iron if needed during your stay. We wish we had more time here and only scratched the surface so will definitely be back.

Stayed Jul 5, 2017This charming house was exactly as described. It's very VERY family friendly! Perfectly situated in Sag Harbor, has a private neighborhood bay beach, about 2 mins walk. Near by beaches were a short 10 min drive. And downtown main st was about a 5 minute drive. Frank was a pleasure to work with, very thoughtful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 1, 2017We had an amazing getaway in Sag Harbor with our family for the 4th of July weekend!! The house was very child friendly, a huge plus since we have 2 kids. Our children loved the swings in the backyard. We loved the location of the house - it was close to town, Bridge and East Hampton for restaurants and shopping. The Shelter Island Ferry is a quick drive if you're looking to explore. Ocean beaches are closeby. The owners were very welcoming and hospitable - they were quick to respond with questions and very warm. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!
