Sag Harbor Modern Home, Heated Salt Water Pool, Walk to Beach, Walk to Village

The house was spacious and beautifully decorated! It had everything we needed for a week in Sag Harbor. Walkable to town and a private beach! Larry was a wonderful host and responded quickly - can’t recommend this property enough!! Would definitely stay again. Thanks again, Larry!

Fantastic home in a great location! Larry is a wonderful host who is incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The home is very chic, well kept, clean, with high end appliances throughout. The pool was the perfect temperature, and we were less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a short drive (or can walk) to town. Can’t beat the location and the home, we will definitely come again!

Excellent! The host Larry is top notch. Very responsive with great recommendations, and the home was stunning and comfortable. Homey for kids and classy for the adults. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, don’t hesitate to book this place, it’s so great that I’m sure it will go fast!

The Carr’s home is perfect. We came out to celebrate my mother’s 80th (9 of us). Rooms were perfect, the pool was amazing, the layout of the house was perfect. Right by the water, 2 minute walk to a private beach and a beautiful 1 mile walk to town. Larry was just a text or phone call away if we needed anything or had any questions- which we didn’t. Truly the best host. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

The house was well stocked, clean and beautifully furnished! We had a wonderful time and look forward to going back again next year.

Our third year renting and I may have run out of superlatives. It is simply a lovely home and yard/pool, with gracious hosts who have tried to think of everything guests might need and are very responsive should any issues arise. Once again, our multigenerational family a great stay. The only negative I can think of is this: If you don't like the people you are staying with, family or otherwise, this might not be the home for you as the layout is highly conducive to lots of good interactions, both indoors and out.

We just finished a truly delightful week at this fabulous house. The host really understands how to make the experience easy for the guests. Everything was clean. Everything was well organized. The location is just a short walk from Sag Harbor beach. We truly loved our stay. It’s a quiet neighborhood. The house is well stocked and in great condition. Will definitely try and schedule another stay at this wonderful home.
