Stayed May 8, 2025Couch was so dirty. I wouldn’t sit on it. Chairs at the table were gross and the towels look like they were from 1970 very used.Pots and pans are gross

Stayed Nov 3, 2023Great place to stay if you’re visiting as an opponent to Ole Miss football. Only about 30 minute drive to Oxford to watch your team lose against Lane Kiffin and the Rebs. Gig ‘em, Ags! Property has everything you need!

Stayed Jul 28, 2023We stayed two nights for a family reunion at the lake. This is our second time staying at this property. It is in a peaceful setting, the back porch is awesome for sitting and visiting!

Stayed Jul 3, 2023The property was very rustic and inviting. We were not bothered by anyone and it was everything we wanted. My wife and I absolutely loved it. I loved the metal roof when it rained and we were still able to grill because of the wrap around porch. Very close to the lake and we were in the middle of the woods. I don't have any complaints and it sucked to leave. We will definitely try to book this again in the future!
