Our family of 5 adults stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend. There was a 12 snow that weekend so we were snowed in for 2 days (due to the steepness of the roads getting into the neighborhood), but it was a wonderful place to be snowed in. The house was a described and in a peaceful neighborhood with deer in and out of the yard every day. The view from the front was beautiful, both before and after the snow. The house was clean and provided all of us with the amount of bedroom and bathroom space needed. The kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay here!
Great locations for beautiful views and plenty of hiking and biking trails. Peaceful setting with a short drive to Old Town and CSU campus too!
I hate to write such a good review because the property will harder to get when we come back...Ha!! This house is immaculately kept. The house is very, very clean (my standards are high). Not only is the house spotless, but very well decorated. It has an abundance of seating; both for dining and relaxation. The views of the valley and foothills are amazing. The main level deck is awesome! The bedrooms are comfy and the kitchen is full of amenities. The downstairs features games, ping-pong, poker table, a gigantic sectional and entertainment center. We think the location is great. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. It's about 20 mins from Loveland / Ft Colins and 45 mins from Estes Park. Finally, the host is amazing. Great and prompt communication! We really enjoyed our stay!!!
Great location- in the foothills with a beautiful view of the reservoir and sunrise while still a short drive into Fort Collins. House was as pictured with plenty of space and well stocked. Management was very easy to work with and responsive to any questions. Would book again!
This was definitely a 5 star vacation. We frequently book through VRBO and rely heavily on ratings and reviews when determining where to stay. This home met all of our expectations and the reviews were spot on. The views were spectacular, the home immaculate, and the location perfect. Stacy was great to work with, and provided everything needed for a smooth check-in and check-out. While in the area we went white water rafting, paddle boarding, hiking, played tennis at the local high school courts, visited the Farmer's Market, and of course shopping and dining in Fort Collins. We also toured the New Belgium brewery which exceeded our expectations and was so much fun. All of these activities were in close proximity to the house, but far enough away to provide a quiet get away. We will definitely be back!
Perfect stay. Would stay again.
Just book it. Our group is super picky and this place was great for us. We had a small issue with the washing machine, but the property manager worked with us immediately to make the situation work. We also got caught in a power outage in the entire area and the property manager was answering our texts throughout the evening and giving us updates as she was learning the status of the outage. But, the pictures really are how the property looks. The views are gorgeous! The beds felt brand new, the kitchen was fully stocked and we had all the things we needed to prepare our meals. The driveway is a little steep, but even when we had about 3 inches of snow, our vehicles handled it just fine. We saw deer everyday. The neighborhood was quiet. It's off the beaten path, yet accessible. Even during the power outage and snow storm an ambulance got to the neighbors down the road. From a very picky group that is very selective on VRBO's... this one was a great one to pick. Book it!
