Russian River Cottage Amongst The Redwoods & Wineries - Hottub - Walk to Beach

Place was very nice and comfortable. Second bedroom on first floor had ants. Kitchen was nicely appointed. Living area could have been roomier and disappointing that fireplace could not be used. Upstairs bath had no bath soap. Laundry was nice to have. Neigborhood was lovely and nice and close to town. Family had a great time.

Beautiful rustic cabin experience with super convenient location!

Excellent location just a short walk to the river and right across the bridge from town, this is a charming space with a great sunny deck in the redwoods. The barbecue and hot tub make for pleasant outdoor time and the interior is well laid out with a large modern kitchen. I would stay here again. Hosts were responsive and check in was easy.

This property is beautifully done and in the perfect location, just a mile from downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was pristine at check-in and the hot-tub was ready to go. Unfortunately, to no fault of the owners, the back lot that was previously seen as trees through the bedroom windows now looks directly at a construction site/house. This was only a mild disappointment during the weekend, but did result in construction noises at 8 am starting Monday. Also, the fireplace seen in the photos is not to be used, but the central heating is excellent. Overall an excellent experience!

The house was conveniently located close to the river. The house was clean and updated. 4 bedrooms, but only one shower. The master bedroom is right behind the kitchen and living room and you can hear everything when you are trying to sleep and others are still up. You can also hear every time someone uses bathroom upstairs or bathtub. Walls are not well insolated for sound.

My family and I loved our time at Sarah's house. From the minute we pulled up and stepped on to the stunning front porch I knew it was going to be a great weekend. The weather was perfect and we took full advantage of the river that is a 5 minute walk from the house. Afterward we came home and went in the hot tub / grilled. It was one of those weekends that we look back on as the most connected, fun time our family has had in years. All of the beds were super cozy and the kitchen is made for a family to hang and chat in. 10/10 would recommend this house to a friend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Russian River Cottage. Upon arrival we were welcomed to a clean, updated home amongst the redwood trees. You can't beat the location - a quick drive to wineries and downtown Guerneville and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed evenings in the backyard hottub (very clean!) and grilling on the large deck. We will definitely be booking this rental again for our next Russian River getaway!

My wife and I had the best time in this cute cottage. We were within walking distance of a private beach and a short drive to a few different wineries. We spent the afternoon at Russian River Vineyards, less than a 15-minute drive from the home. The hot tub was a perfect touch and Sarah's home had all the amenities we needed for cooking and coffee in the morning. We will be back!
