Host was wonderful, very responsive & very accommodating. The street is interesting; many of the older homes are being torn down & big homes are being built. The views from the driveway/street are amazing. This house was perfect for our needs, but does need some upgrades. There is a lot of wildlife around (we saw foxes in the yard) which was fun. Overall very comfortable and had plenty of storage and space for our long term stay.

The house is comfortable, convenient, and cozy. The kitchen is very nicely equipped, the rooms are spacious, and the views are spectacular! Communication with the hostess has been easy, pleasant, and gracious. We have had a lovely, lovely visit and would happily return.

My family of three stayed at Deirdre’s place for more than 6 weeks while we renovated our home in Boulder. It worked very well for our purposes. We particularly enjoyed the location, which is right by Sombrero Marsh, and we did a lot of evening walks there. It was also a short and pleasant bike ride to the East Boulder Community Center. Deirdre was very prompt and pleasant in her communications.

It served its purpose in that we wanted to be close to campus. On the downside, the beds and bedding were quite old and the pillows were all flat as a pancake. Also, no blow dryer to be had. Small but annoying nonetheless. Only 1 shower and a bathtub with shower hose. Not real convenient.

This was a great location for a sibling weekend in Colorado. We live a mile and a half away so easy walking or a short drive from the our house. Perfect for four extra bedrooms and a cute kitchen and living area. Thanks for the hospitality.

The house was easy to find & location was central to our destination & many sites, including downtown Denver & mountain sites. They seem to be in the process of doing updates on the house which is good. One things I would suggest is updating the master bathroom.. Although the tub is large, having no standing shower & having to sit & use a hand held shower head was less than ideal. The house was supplied with many daily items that you usually get just an initial set up of (trash bags, soaps, etc) as well as some big extras like coffee, 1/2 1/2 & butter :). If there were some basic items I would suggest that I’m used to having in a rental that this one did not have it would be a few baking items such as a casserole pan (13x9), baking sheet & an iron with ironing board. Overall, a very nice with lots of rabbit friends to watch in the yard!
