Runnin' Down A Beach, 3 bedroom home with Ocean views and Bay access ⛱

We enjoyed our stay, the dock and kayaks were a nice bonus, and the kids enjoyed the pac-man table.

We had a great stay on Topsail!! The house is located literally 2 min from the beach which was very quiet…AND…it backs up to the intracoastal! We had 6 people and there was plenty of room.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The description and pictures match exactly of the place. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk. You have a partial view of the ocean and a beautiful unblocked view of the bay. The private dock that is lit up at night is an added bonus. We hope to be fortunate enough to stay here again in future visits!

The place was clean and easy to access. It was conveniently laid out. It has a great big open garage area stocked with kayaks and beach things and a fishing cart that was appreciated. Do have a copy of the tide chart if you're planning on kayaking from the attached dock

We stayed here so I could visit with my Marine son over Thanksgiving. Great location, amazing views! The owner Sara is very responsive and a pleasure to work with! The kitchen is well stocked and my dog enjoyed sunning himself on the deck that faces the ocean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and beautifully decorated. I will point out there are sand spurs everywhere so our little doggie did have a “ ruff” time in that regard. But other than that small issue it was prefect and we will definitely be back!! I’ve been coming to topsail my whole life and this is one of My favorites this far ❤️❤️

We had a great time staying at Runnin' Down a Dream. The house was laid out nicely and the sunset view from the back deck was amazing! The bedrooms were nicely sized and fit 5 of us very comfortably. We really enjoyed launching kayaks and paddleboards off the private dock and my husband spent some hours out there fishing. it's so nice that the house has the river in the back and the beach right across the street! Something for everyone. We also really enjoyed the arcade table too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved staying at his house. Ocean views with morning coffee and the beautiful sound out back. We love the space between the bedrooms and the communication with the owners was excellent. Would highly recommend and we would stay here again.

the property was in a great location for us. We had the beach and the inlet which worked out wonderfully. The garage was full of beach equipment that we could use and it was nice we didn't have to bring our towels or sheets. We will stay there again.

Runnin’ Down the Beach is a fabulous 3 level beach house for active guests. The beach access is a short walk to a quiet, shark tooth finding beach. The views from the two decks are amazing at sunrise and sunset, ocean and bay. The sounds of the sea oats and the ocean are soothing. The house has EVERYTHING a guest needs: complete kitchen needs, kayaks and paddle boards with life jackets, charcoal grill, beach chairs and wagons, cold water outdoor shower and foot faucet, dock access to bay. Looking forward to our next visit!

We were very pleased with the amenities at the property! First, the kitchen was fully stocked with every tool we needed. But the real bonus is the beach and inlet supplies in the garage. We enjoyed use of the kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, etc. The outdoor shower was fabulous as we brought our dog and she needed washed after every visit to the beach. Overall, this is a fabulous place for a week at the beach!

My family and I loved this beach house. The location is perfect! There’s a view of the ocean from the front and a beautiful view of the inlet waters from the back with a private pier for fishing and kayaking. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was a perfect little getaway for my family.
