We loved it the private backyard and space was amazing. It’s a beautiful home we will definitely be back we absolutely loved loved this place. The property owners very nice and attentive.

The location of the home is great, and this property is just what our group needed. The home is a bit older but fully remodeled and super clean - we had no issues at all. Plenty of room, comfy beds, and nice open living area were great. And the home has just about everything you might need and then some, from grills to games to kitchen utensils. It was a great place to hang out and close to everything. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall the home was nice. However, we found LARGE BLOOD STAINS on most of the pillows & bedding in two out of the three bedrooms. We had to drive back home to grab bedding and pillows which highly affected our already short vacation. There is a VERY high expectation on the guests when it comes to cleaning (such as making sure the remotes are precisely on a specific peice of paper or you could be charged if out of place). If we as guests are expected to not only pay a cleaning fee, but also must abide by strict cleaning rules then we should be getting and a safe/non hazourdous experience at MINIMUM, and this was not the case. There was unfortunately no filtered water available, there was tap, but having an alternative water filter system of some sort would be great for people with sensitivities or if there is a tap water ban.

Our family loved this place. It has everything you could ever need. The kids enjoyed watching the goats on the mountain side at sunrise and the deer at night. Our family enjoyed the kayaks and tubes that are on the premises. The boys went fishing and grilled. By night fall the fire pit was perfect for roasting marshmallows. Really wished we would of stayed longer.

We absolutely loved the house and the private river access. The house was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It is a little bit of a walk from the house to the river but we didn’t mind. We also walked across the street to the little bar and had a blast. The shower faucets and kitchen faucets need to be replaced but were manageable. Other than that I would highly recommend staying here.

We have our own floats, so it was easy to just post up on the river and grill our meals. The house is roomy and we really enjoyed our evening campfires.

The photos do a great job of making this place seem larger than it is. There was a nice aroma of mold/mildew in the master bedroom.
