Stayed May 27, 2026Wonderful location with great communication. Lots of open space, plenty of seating, fans, and books/games in the house, all the must have kitchen appliances/dishes, wonderful water pressure, clean pool and gorgeous property. Short drive into chandler along historic Route 66 to restaurants, groceries and fun. As an FYI, items such as iron, baking sheets, hair dryer were not supplied so make sure to pack or ask host if you’re looking for something specifically. Fabulous host and rental!!!

Stayed Sep 11, 2025We booked this property for our son’s wedding at Merrick Hollow and it worked out perfectly. We housed the groom, groomsmen, and one of their families. Being only 30 minutes from the venue made things so convenient. While the bridal suite at the venue was wonderful, the guys didn’t have much space there, so having this house nearby gave them plenty of room to get ready comfortably.The patio was a highlight, and the fire pit became the favorite late-night hangout spot (especially after the guys braved the pool one night. Lol).The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. The only thing to note is that the roads to both the house and venue are gravel, which made my nephew a little hesitant about driving his Bentley too much. Other than that, everything was absolutely PERFECT!

Thanks for the lovely stay we plan to return. We drove to Chandler and shopped the boutiques and what a lovely experience that was.
