Being so close to the beach walkover is so convenient and the Eastern end of the beach is much less crowded than other areas. Our only complaint is the new washing machine - the capacity of this machine is insufficient for a house of this size, particularly if the house is at full occupancy. At most, it can hold 3 beach towels. The home needs a high capacity machine.

There is a nice space for everyone . The house is 3 levels. The stairs are nice and wide. The upstairs room is great for kids or teenagers to have their own space. The walkway to the beach is right outside the door. It’s so close and convenient. The kitchen is amazing with the best high end appliances. Very nice dishes for serving. Very nice pots, pans , utensils. Nice private fenced in yard with grill. We loved the Private parking for two cars. A lot of properties in Rosemary don’t have parking except on the street. We will definitely rent this again.

The house is beautiful, has a great design, and is very well-appointed. The proximity to the beach couldn't be more perfect, and the dedicated parking was a nice perk. Two people in our party ended up not being able to come, so it was a lot of house for just three people, but we made good use of all the space to relax. We liked how the primary bedrooms were downstairs, so you can have a little more quiet, away from any activity that may be going on in the kitchen and family room upstairs. There's a huge bunk room up on the third floor, but we never needed it and never even needed to go up there. Getting back to the kitchen, chefs and cooking enthusiasts will definitely love the high-end appliances and very ample supply of cookware and utensils. Speaking of kitchen amenities, we only had one little issue with the house - and it's a laughable, first-world problem - having a large ice machine in the kitchen was so very useful. But it frequently makes a very loud noise when it dumps a batch of ice. We were startled several times, and one night in bed, we thought something had fallen upstairs in the kitchen. But we soon got acclimated to it. So really, if that was our only problem, then obviously everything was a total WIN.For the setting, we loved the tree canopy over the whole Rosemary Beach development, and how easy it is to get around RB on foot and by bike, and it was a nice perk that the house came with four bikes provided. We also loved the ambiance from all the gas lanterns everywhere! The 30A Luxury Vacations staff always kept in touch via text during all the phases of our trip - even reminded us which night to put out the trash. Arrival and departure was very easy and trouble-free. We will certainly plan to use them again.

Our family had a fabulous week at this lovely home in Rosemary Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of this home couldn’t be better. Our consisted of family member aging from 6 months to seniors. Walkability to everything (park, beach, pool, town) was superior. One of our group members is a carreer chef and had only great things to say about the kitchen. Sleeping quarters were all excellent and well suited for our group.

The house was spacious with an awesome kitchen that was well equipped with anything we needed. The location was great for either going to the beach or taking our boys to the nearby pool or park. This is our third year at this house and we prefer the relatively less crowded east end of Rosemary Beach. The kitchen is amazing with virtually anything you could need and the under counter ice maker is a huge plus. The house is dated and in need of some upgrading, but it works for our family.
