Rosemary Beach Cottage with Large Backyard. 3 Bikes Included.

Perfect for our family and great location!

Enjoyed our stay at this house. First floor has a nice open layout. The nook was a great additional spot to lounge. Enjoyed the large backyard. The management team was responsive to our requests for early checkin and help with freezer. The starter items in the kitchen were great for cleaning items but the olive oil and seasoning g was great. Really liked having sunscreen and aloe Vera in the bathroom sets too.

The house itself is fantastic and location is great. However, there were cockroaches everywhere, which made our group extremely uncomfortable

The house is great. Parking/driveway is not SUV friendly. It's made for small vehicles.

The property was beautiful. Unfortunately, the house had a musty smell and a lot of fruit flies. The first night my son and daughter-in-law went to wait for me outside on the hammock in the back yard which was attached to a dead tree. And they both fell. My son was injured with a laceration and a knot on his head and my daughter-in-law had a huge contusion on her leg we were there for a wedding and at the party that evening my so was told not to drink incase he had a concussion?. I reached out to 360 blue. They were closed. I reached out the next day. I did not get a response. I reached out the next day. And had a property manager come inspect the property and he said how dangerous it was that the hammock was attached to a dead tray. I said you think? I then had to follow up four times to get any kind of feedback on my children’s injuries and my stay. Other than that I thought the property is beautiful. Also, they said there were three bikes on property and there were actually four. We fixed the fourth one. It was not maintained. I would say they have to do a better inspection of the property s d amenities and step up the customer support!

My brother and I, along with our spouses, treated our mother and our dad to a week at the beach. The house was just the right size for our group.

We enjoyed our stay. The lodgings were quiet, pretty and well-located. As a reader, I lived to bedeoom with all the windows. And, my daughter lived the bed nook on the main floor.

The house was sort of a “fixer upper” that was not generally in good shape. Peeling paint, overgrown bushes, broken wood pieces, poor gutters that create a constant and dangerous puddle on the main front porch entry for most of our stay, etc. Cleaning was delayed and we were finally let in 45 minutes after check in. Outside trash area was a mess. Damaged my SUV attempting to park in the one space provided in which you have to literally drive the left side of the car into a huge, untrimmed bush. Our first visit to Rosemary and it was great, but I would avoid this house.

This house fit 3 couples comfortably. We love Rosemary, the neighborhood, and short walks to everything we needed. Unfortunately this house was not clean when we arrived and we had to spend a few hours cleaning it. I sent several unanswered emails to 360 Blue and the Hospitality app did not help with communication. If you want to get something done, you need to call during business hours and have time to wait to speak someone. We’ve stayed at multiple other Rosemary properties with different rental companies and never experienced a dirty house or communication issues.

We enjoyed our stay. Our two boys had plenty of room to hang out and throw around a football and baseball in the expansive side yard. I would recommend this property.
